I like snacking on almonds because sunflower seeds are too much work for me.

I actually buy the ones that are already out of their shells...so its no work! :) I like nuts, but i just wanted a change--and sunflower seeds are cheaper! :)

My favorite nuts are just plain (not roasted) almonds. This is just my little hypothesis, but I would think that some of the good, natural fats would be lost in the "roasting" process and replaced w/ soybean oil or something of the sort. (I'd agree that they're delicious though!)
