dont mean to critique but light weights doesnt get you cut :/
although if you are doing some sort of circuit with light weights that might be helpfull in terms of cadiovascular function and burning some extra calories

1)the combonation of Caffeine + Carnitine yields much greater fat loss and endurance while under work ( animal Models) (20-29% more Fat Burned as I recall)

2)Add Choline precursors to the above and you drive fat loss even further ( again animal models)

3) Additionally the combination Caffeine together with capsaicin increases thermogenesis in humans. EVOFLAME though not capsaicin functions very similarly, and in cell models EVOFLAME is indeed Proven to do what capsaicin does and much much more.

4) we also added Vinpoceteine, N-acetyl Tyrosine, ECGC etc so this drive fat loss even Further.

at the full dose Pre Cardio LIPOFLAME its a pretty neat feeling and def does it for you.

At the divided dose it becomes a Mild Yet Powerful Thermogenic and thats neat too when you dont want to feel to stimulated up, or just don't want to down regulate what would normally get you in the full zone.

Hi :)

1) you can add Y if you wish but not to exceed 5 mgs per day.
Some even add E but at no more then 12.5-18 mgs at one time ( dont do this unles a Doctor approves)
For 90% of people LIPOFLAME at full dose will be enough.

2)To be honest when we were here before we failed, and when we come back I don't want that to happen again. Just being honest.
We are doing pretty well now, but I have to be 100% sure that we do it right when we come back here.

3)It is a composite of all the ingredients together.
the feeling is more like "wow I feel pretty great" lol
but not overbearing

All of the feedback is looking great so far, I feel like based on the ingredients the split dosage protocol could become a staple for me---seems like this dosing scheme would help losing or maintaining body fat% while on a bulk or training for performance (whether it be strength, or utilizing the energy and ergogenic aids for playing football, basketball, etc.)

Sure and I would love to test this supplement out via a detailed log withy pics as I'm impressed with the nootropic angle;NA tyrosine (helps stave off mental burnout from stims) and the vincopentine inclusion,among other aspects.

IIRC,the form of carnitine chosen here has MOAR studies supporting its ergogenic effects than any other carnitine salt and the arginine pre-cursors shopuld also be money for raising physical endurance.

Caffine is part of the formula and is known to be quite anxiogenic so I'd avoid this supplement if I were you.

As far as supplements to aid in fat loss( with keeping in mind exercise and diet make for the 800 popund gorilla,true for any supplement or what not) I suggest Sesathin and at least a tablespoon of fish oil each day,Carlson's is a reputable brand.

See the abstract below which indicates synergy between sesamin and fish oil,non-stimulatory fat loss via these pathways is what would be safe for you.

In the first experiment, 3 groups of rats were fed with purified experimental diets free of n-3 fatty acid ethyl ester and containing 0%, 0.2%, and 0.4% sesamin (1:1 mixture of sesamin and episesamin), and 2 groups of animals were fed with a 2% DHA ethyl ester diet containing either 0% or 0.2% sesamin. In the second trial, 4 groups of rats were fed with either a 0% or a 2% EPA ethyl ester diet containing 0% or 0.2% sesamin. After 15 days of feeding, DHA and EPA ethyl esters added to a sesamin-free diet little affected the activity and messenger RNA (mRNA) levels of various enzymes involved in fatty acid oxidation. Sesamin increased the activity levels of various hepatic enzymes involved in fatty acid oxidation irrespective of the presence or absence of n-3 fatty acid ethyl ester in diets. However, the diet containing sesamin and DHA or EPA ethyl ester in combination increased many of these parameters synergistically. In particular, the peroxisomal palmitoyl-coenzyme A oxidation rate and acyl-coenzyme A oxidase activity level were much higher in rats fed with sesamin and DHA or EPA in combination than in animals fed with a diet free of n-3 fatty acid ethyl ester and containing sesamin. Analyses of mRNA levels revealed that a diet simultaneously containing sesamin and n-3 fatty acid ethyl ester increased the gene expression of various enzymes involved in peroxisomal fatty acid oxidation in a synergistic manner.
