I had shoulder surgery back in feb and about a week ago my doctor told me i can pretty much do anything that doesn't put strain on my shoulder. i've only been curling and legs because that is pretty much all i can do. i'd like to work out my triceps but many tricep exercises involve your shoulders.
another one of my problems is my right arm is very weak compared to my left because of the surgery. when i curl with dumbells my left arm can do 15 reps and my right arm can only do 5. what should i do to get my right arm to catch up with my left?
