O.k. here's the deal.........I've been struggling now for over two months hit and miss with everything. That's pretty bad when you are a personal trainer. I have a lot of muscle for my frame but I so want to do this contest. It's the MO st. Championships. I have already started dieting and cardio but like I said it's hit and miss. I fluctuate so much with my emotions and fighting carb cravings. I'll do good for about 4 days and then I give in. I have competed once before about 4 yrs ago and I don't understand why it's so hard this time.
