hey derek, i was wondering what you might think of the following rep ranges i am gonna do on my next training cycle.

chest, shoulders, back, traps, lats...................6-10 reps

biceps, triceps................................8-10 reps

quads, hams, forearms, calves..........10-15 reps

abs............................................... ..20-25 reps

if anyone else has input that would be awesome. i know there are alot of rep ranges out there that are best for different people, but i just want to know "generally speaking" if these ranges are good for the bodyparts i listed

generally speaking,

4 - 8 reps for everything...

Different rep ranges have different properties. You could try those ranges for a month, then switch them up and see how you respond.
