I have tried Xen. Actually I'm try'en ta get off it now. Only because I 'm having trouble getting in all my solid meals w/ it.
Make sure she starts off w/ one a day. That **** seems ta give alot of people the shakes. Major energy boost though but ya gotta crash at some point so be ready for it. She needs ta cycle it too. Don't take it for more than 12 weeks at a time. It's very habbit forming for some people. About the weight lose... I only use it for the energy rush. Just like anything else, what works for one person might not the next.

One more thing drink LOTS of water. It will give you a dry mouth and has been known ta cause dehydration.

I'd suggest that she tried non-ephedra fatburners first i.e Phen free or similar or the new non-ephedra Xenedrine. I personally got major pukiness, shakes, depression from ephedra products.

I agree. The Phen Free by EAS is a good product. I didn't get all the bad sides from it.

I tried xenadrine for a few months, cycling off 2 weeks after taking it Monday-Friday for 4 weeks. It was hard for me to adjust to at first -- even starting with just 1 in the morning. I eventually worked up to 2 a day. For me, xenadrine was just too much ephedra. It gave me insomnia and I was taking the first pill around 8:00 a.m. and the second around 1:00 p.m. I felt terrible for about 3 weeks after cycling off. It only made me lose a few pounds, but definitely was an energy boost -- too much boost. My husband, however, lost about 30 lbs. on xenadrine. I didn't really have much weight to lose & was just aiming to reduce bodyfat. I think it's probably best to use a product that has a smaller dose of ephedra in one pill.
