Fish oil has a huge amount of functions.


Derek, more specifically, how much DHA/EPA would you advise?

I am currently getting 2 grams of EPA/DHA a day. 1-3 grams is usually recommended.

I ran onto this thread the other day, about PCB content in fish oil, and since then I've been getting my efas mostly from non-fish sources. I wasn't sure if you were aware of it:

The presence of PCBs in farm-raised fish has limited my selection of fish big-time, too.
