I love edam cheese. I may have to go get some tomorrow...my wife may be pissed at me she loves it too, and she is on a very low fat, but high protein and high complex carb pre contest diet and she cant touch it!

its not a really good tasting cheese but it is fun to eat and has kinda of somey flavour to it.

Absolutely, I remembered today that I had left one of my favourites, Stilton, out of my list. Broccoli and stilton soup is wonderful.
