Does anyone know of some good exercises to tone the thighs? As of the past three weeks I have been exercisising daily on the treadmill or exercise bike....and I have been eating the right kind of foods. I have been doing light weight workout for the past week. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.....Thanks

Welcome Sherryc. Good exercises to tone the thighs will be squats, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls, lunges, hack squats.....
Vary you squat stance, but not in excess. A slighlty wide stance will target the inner thighs, same on leg press. Lunges will work the entire leg. Choose three different leg exercise per training session, that way each workout will be slightly different. Do 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps for a basic workout.
To lose excess fat continue to eat clean and keep up the cardio.

you might want to consider thigh extensions also. If you have access to a machine or cable machine. these are good for the inner and outer thigh also.
