My first question is if anyone can give me an opinion on Met-Rx's Thermicore APM product.

Ingredients:
Serving Size 3 capsules
Servings Per Bottle 60
Total Carbs (g) 1
Dietary Fiber (g) 1
Folic Acid (mcg) 400
Green Tea Extract 300mg
Caffeine (mg) 200
Ephedra Alkaloids 20mg
TriNeuroAminoMatrix 610mg

It seems as if this is the same stuff as found in Xenadrine, a product I liked, along with Green Tea extract and something called the "TriNeuroAminoMatrix" whatever...

Anyway I got the bottle for like 19 dollars for 150 capsules...which is a lot cheaper than Xenadrine...any opinions?

Another question I have is that I'm a college student with not a lot of free time on my hands and I know Its good to have a protein shake in the morning but I don't really have the time to make one...How would those premade ones by Met-Rx or Myoplex work out. Could i take those along with a methoxy-pro bar? Which would give something in the vicinity of 70 grams if I took the metrx or 50 if I took the myoplex?

I used the Thermicore CRT as my thermo to diet down for my last show. Zenedrene is very effective, but if I exceed 40mg ephedrine (4 capsules) a day it makes me very paranoid. I found that the Thermicore would not hit me quite as hard and fast, and didn't give me the huge crash. Not only that but I could take 60mg/ephedrine worth of it a day with very little problem. Its not as much of an explosion of energy 30 minutes after taking it like Zenadrene, but after about an hour your nice and hyped up. Overall I would not say that it is as effective a fat burner as the some of the capsule products out there (Thermicore is a hard coated tablet), but for those of us who are a little "sketchy" on the ephedrine products, it can be a blessing.

As far as your meal question, you need to find the time. I too am a college student and know the hassle that comes with going from class to class and get meals in...lugging around a cooler and jug of water all day, and that's just in the offseason. Anyway if your that pressed for time you can do the premade products, but that gets expensive real quick. I think just getting a shaker bottle and a easy mix product like N-Large would be a better bet. The night before just put the N-Large in the shaker, then in the morning add milk and haul ass to class. This would be cheaper and give you a more square meal.
