I drink Syntha-6 before bed. This stuff tastes amazing.

I always have broccoli, peanut butter and cottage cheese before bed. That is a given for me. I will usually have some scrambed eggs, chicken, or stake with that as well.

but have some broccoli or fiberous vegitable with some peanut butter becuse both of thoes digest slowly. The cottage cheese is a great slow digesting protein.

I usually have either a casein protein shake or a handful of mixed nuts before I hit the sack.

muscle milk, a friend nutritionist recommended it for cutting and bulking, so i did it no fat gain, if you got no cash, i say 2 tbsp pb and 3/4 cup cottage cheese, and forget the banna

I have muscle milk too. It's expensive so if you can't get it try something like 2 cups of milk, cottege cheese, natural peanut butter. Stay away from carbs right before bed.
