(moving the thread here to this section)
So my goal since forever has been to get lean, since bulking is easy for me:when I want to put on muscle it's as easy as lifting heavy and eating more.
However, it hasn't been until trying keto that I'm getting back on track to my long-term goals. I guess I did a TKD at one point unintentionally and was amazed to see the fat melt off with lots of work. Now that I started keto, I feel like I'm making progress again and I'll end up achieving my goal.
Which is, to get really lean. To the point where I can see all of the six pack, and the intercostals pop out easily. Then once I get leaned out, I can relax with my eating habits and just work out twice a week to maintain my body.
So I'll be keeping this as a log of my progress, for myself, perhaps some motivation for others wishing to see what keto can do for them, and come to think of it, support for myself.
Cuz it's tough sometimes doing it all by yourself man!

Thanks to all for making the keto forum possible; without it I'd be struggling.
