Oiling up?

Anyone skilled at oiling up? Any special techniques you think gives you the perfect sheen in all the right places? Open to suggestions that you feel gives you the right amount of sheen in the right places. I am not just looking for well use pam or use muscle juice blah blah. I use pam, I normally just use a light mist everwhere and smooth it out, but if anyone thinks they have a technique that helps reflect light where they want it reflected and not reflect it where they do or where to go a little heavier on the oil and where to go light Id like to hear them. Thanks.

I have found you get better coverage from pouring oil in your hands and then oiling up. I worked at a show where Kamali posed and that is the way he wanted it for his routine

Thats definitely a good tip if your using some type of regular posing oil, Ive never tried it with pam maybe I will try spraying some in my hand and then spreading it on and see how it compares.

All I used for my comp was HOT STUFF vasodiolator..that was the only shine or oil that I put on...I had brought Pam, but never even used it...put on the HOT STUFF, patted it in and watched my veins come out, felt my skin burn like hell and then pumped up, and hit the stage!!...Seemed to do the trick, and after seeing the videos of myself, the HOT STUFF left an awesome sheen!
