Sorry for the delay in getting this started guys. Last few days have been crazy due to finding out a close personal friend was diagnosed with bone cancer so its been a rough week so far. Enough of the personal stuff though here we go.

No Legs worked for me today my quads are really sore from my leg workout on Wednesday so I'm going to let those rest before abusing them again.

Thanks guys so far so good I'll post another update tonight. I'm hoping to maybe even gain some strength while I finish up my cut for the next 3-4 weeks.

Today is an off day lifting for me so not much to report on strength etc. But I can say my overall mood has been better the last 2 days and my libido is already increasing. It isnt a huge difference yet but any change within 2 days is definitely worth noting to me.

Well today is my 2nd offday for the week so I wont report on strength gains today but I can report on a definite increase in libido and better overall mood since beginning this 2 days ago. Also I ate pretty heavily last night about 700-1000 calories higher than my normal cut days and still dropped a little weight which was really crazy considering it was an off day from lifting.
So far so good!
I cant wait to see how things go tomorrow on my chest day.

Looking good bro...my log is going well. Have you been noticing an appetite increase?? My appetite has slightly went up since I have started my testfuel. Good luck.

I have noticed that also. Ive been trying to figure out why I've been hungry all the time the last few days I figured it was due to cutting but I've been hungry the last 2 days even after eating sufficient calories.

I'm definitely looking forward to this morning. Today is my chest / triceps day. I'll definitely be able to give a good judgement on any strength gains so far. I'll report back after my workout.

Nice solid Chest workout today. I left before I was totally exhausted. Its really hard for me to stop lifting once I stop if I have any energy left lol. I'm actively trying to keep my volume down though to try and gain some strength.

Its going to definitely be interesting to see if I can keep gaining or at least maintain strength during my super cut for CEL's summer fat loss competition. I'll be posting up my log for that in a few minutes.

Sorry for not posting much in the last few days everyone I've been really dragging energy wise and emotionally. I had to go about 3.5 hours away earlier this week to go donate bone marrow for a friend who was recently diagnosed with bone cancer. Its been an emotional roller coaster the last week watching someone only a couple years older than me battling for their life like that.
I'll post up a few workouts I've gotten in the last week. It definitely wasnt my strongest week lifting but I expected as much donating marrow really took alot out of me. You do what you can for people you count as friends though.

LBM Gain: starting to lean up some while gaining strength = good
Sex Drive/ Libido : Strong

After the first set with squats I knew no serious weight was going up on squats this week for me. My hip was saying no sir so I just went lighter for 12 reps instead of 10. Sad part I barely got the 245 up for 12 reps.

Seated Calf Raises
180lbs x 20 reps
270lbs x 15 reps
360lbs x 10 reps (New PR)

Well after the squats been so bad this really helped me feel better. I had never tried 8 plates on the seated calf raise before. It was a definite confidence builder. The calfs were pumping so hard after the last rep I had to stay seated for a min because my legs were a little like jello.

Standing Calf Raises

Alright here is a look at my chest Workout from Monday.

Strength is definitely going up. I'm cutting like crazy and hitting new PR's thats not suppose to happen lol. but I'm sure not going to complain. Also one other thing to really note my appetite has definitely been up. Lol it gets gnawingly bad the last couple days especially with cutting lol. Its all good though I'm putting down 2700-3200 calories a day and dropping pounds like crazy.

No acne so far. I am definitely alot happier and more content. I'm usually kinda crabby while cutting but I've been more content the last 2 weeks than in a very long time.
