hi ladies
i just wanted to share some fab news lol after three years i have finally been able to get below 130lbs! i was there before but then it was with a lot of overtraining and poor nutrition. this time ive gotten here by replacing starchy carbs (rice etc) in my last three meals of the day with veggies and fruits, and keeping the carbs for the first three meals of the day...two of which fall before and after my workouts. anyhoo im just realy stoked that im 129 ahahhahah ...hopefully i can stick with this plan and get down to my dream of 125 yay!

p.s. ive also only been able to get down below 135 in the past 3 or so months so thats a big deal for me too
