AZ contests?

I've been searching for an amateur competition in AZ in August. Unfortunately I have had no luck finding any....does anyone know of any. I live in Iowa and am traveling to AZ in august to visit my sister and would like to compete while i'm downthere. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks Mike
