i have a contest coming up and i just found out the prejudging isn't until after 5:00pm. This means i'm gonna have just about the whole day to prepare. Any one have some good ideas as far as pumping up and what to eat since the show isn't until late?

I would also like to know that!

but for the eating, it depends on the person, I think im gonna bring protein bars, chicken, and rice.

Its gonna be my first contest, i hope there is enough stuff to have a full body pump ////

protein bars, honey and natural peanut butter are following me backstage. I may take a page out of Arnolds book and bring some Carrot cake. Who knows. Basically you just eat enough to keep yourself going. I think the worst part about having a pre-judging that late in the day is that you will have to go all day with very-little(if any) water. Its one thing to be thirsty for a couple of hours in the morning, but its something else to have to hold off for the whole day, when you are already frickin dehydrated...

guys protein is just a waste of energy your body won't be needing protein on th eday of th e competition. Just carb up on rice wfels honey , white grapes, rice and pineaple, take small amounts of water but keep drinking.

I ate three ounces of chicken, one small sweet potato and two cups of cubed cantaloupe every three hours. It worked great. I saw guys eating raisins, snickers bars, drinking wine, etc.

steak (dont worry about how much fat is in it) or any kind of red meat..just tell whoever is preparing it not to prepare it in butter, oil and seasoning just straight of the grill. Steak and Yams and Oatmeal is all is used to fill out, right before i went on stage or and hour before i had just 8oz of red meat.
