hey big its me again, i asked you a couple of days ago if you had experienced headaches while you were taking higher doses of ph's. im on my 4th day of taking
300mg 1ad 3 times per day
250mg 4diol 3times per day
ive really been getting some wicked head aches do you think that is because of maybe not enough water or food?????
like i said in another thread i have taken 4 diol by itself and had no problems.
any suggestions would be appreciated......
