Taraxatone help

Picked up some of this today since an OTC diuretic was all i could get my hands on this year. Wondering who here has had any experience with it and if so what strategy did you use to make it work for you. So far ive seen suggestions about starting it on thursday, looking to hear from others before I decide both when I will take it and if I will even bother with it. Any help is much appreciated bros.

I have had friends start it as early as the Sunday before. I did a search before my last show and on more than one occassion, I read that guys had to double up on Taraxatone. I personally used H20 Lean by MRM and I started mine on Weds. Good luck and remember to have fun.

Ok cool, im actually glad its a weaker one since itll be my first time using one. My fear is becoming over dehydrated and killing my preparation. So even if it just gives me a minimal effect, thatll be fine. If im holding a little less water than i would, ill be happy with that.

Ive searched, on multiple forums. Found some threads, but looking for a little more insight on my specific question. So im asking here. Pretty sure i know how the search option works by now =). And I always like to hear about the most recent feelings towards a product, not what people were talkin about back in some thread created in 05....
