"NPC" is an amateur body building organization. I don't have any links but try doing a google search with "NPC" and the area that you live in. :) Feel free to post some more pics! :D You're a hottie!

If you want to look at natural competitions then you could look no further than www.bnbf.co.uk

They have all contest information available, and hold comps all over UK!

As a uk resident myself i feel the need to offer my services to help you train :)
On a serious note you look like you have potential, but to compete in fitness you actually have to be able to do teh physical stuff as well, will that be a problem?
www.nabba.co.uk is a website you may wish to check out.

You are very beautiful, you'd get the judges' attention very easily. Of course you have an amazing body as well. Just go hit the weights hard, attain as much info as possible about what kind of diet would work for you, and discover what you're capable of accomplishing! And most of all, have FUN! You'd excell in a fitness competition.

Time to get to work, sister!!! First of all, I think you need to find out exactly when a local bodybuilding/fitness/figure cometition is being held where you live (if you haven't so already). But if you don't have any info on that, ask around at your gym, someone should know or look online. I'd say that you need a few months to bulk up a bit. It would benefit you a lot if you put some lean muscle on, without the strict diet. Then, you'll want to allow yourself about 12 weeks or less to diet, depending on how you look. Definately look at the time frame here.

Second, since you just getting into this (like i am), I'd advise you to consider working with a personal trainer. It would be smart to find someone who has knowledge about competitions, or has even competed themselves! You might need to switch gyms for this. However, if you do this on your own, you're probably going to run into a lot of different advise from people. I'd be happy to tell you about my diet and training. Just do whatever works best for you!!! You have a lot of hard work ahead of you, but it's very much worth it.
