hey so i am getin closwer to my goals, i can see my abs now relaxed, but there is a line downt he midle that i am havin probelms with. I can see it relaxed more clealy on the top abbs(1,2) and on (5.6) but i cant see it as clearly in the midle row of abs
i am taking about the vertical line.. it fades out a litle bit and then comes back as it goes down. i was wondering if anyone knew some good exersies, i am thinking it may be something to do with my core musckes, which helps to define, that vertical seperation betweenthe right side and the left side of the abs, al the way up an down

Sounds like you have really put forth alot of effort to achieve your current look. However, I would venture to say that that line is there, but lacks deep definition due to nutrition. The abdominal region in some people has more underlying fat, and the only way to really see those lines is through quality nutrition and cardio. Really monitor your nutrition, and see if anything stands out that might hinder your goals. If so, make the changes and you should dial in. I tell my clients 80% of the results you get from the gym, are what you do outside of it. (Not to say that the gym isn't important, but all that lifting won't get you etched abs if you're not doing the work outside of the gym too!)

hey this is the diet, i try to follow aproximatly 50/30/20 i usuly have a carb up chet day on friday, and i think 1500 cal is a good amount of cal for me.. what do you think summerigrl?

weight 153ish
body fat "caliper said 12.6" i think i am lower maybe around 10so lean body mass 138-140
i have been "trying to cut/maintain for a while
i do crew, but i dont get much of a wokrout if it right now because we have competitons and i try to lift heavy 5 days aweek one msucel group a day, i do abs 2-3 times a week and i try to do steady state cardio, 45m-1 hour 3-4 times aweek. i also split up my meaisl and get 5-6 meals a day. my aim sn is tsfy2... can i give you any more infomration, and i know ishould "bulk" i am lifting heavy thou and geting stronger, so i just want to be as lean as possible, i am happy with my size being a chuby kid for al of my life i am very obsesed about this... hope u can give some more advice, thanks
