Hey all :)
i've decided to get back on track with my diet and my exercising.
so I'm going to try and post here everyday with what i've eaten and what exercising i've been doing

tomorrow looks like i might go run, depending on the weather :)

Good to see you starting a journal - it takes dedication but they are really helpful for monitoring your progress and they help you to identify the areas of weakness in your training and diet!
