The only problem is I don't see what the capacity for the weight is. I'm mainly looking for a set of dumbell bars and weights, for a reasonable price. Anyone have any links?

Your going to grow out of them fairly quickly. I've got a set very similar to them and use them for a few excercises, but rely mainly on Olympic plates and bars. You can buy 300 pounds of olympic weights with a 7 foot bar for around $100-110. Buy that and then get some dumbells at least 80 pounds worth of weight.

When you grow out of those then pick up 4 standard 10's for your dumbells. If your still doing it then treat yourself to some olympic db's ($30 a piece new).

Look in the local paper or go to a used sporting goods place. Weights are usually 39 cents a pound used. They weigh just as much as the new ones. I found olypic 45's on clearence at Wal Mart for $16 bucks a piece. Deals are out there.

NOT a good deal.
You can buy Olympic SETS (300# weights and barbell) at Oshmans/SportMart and IN the Sports Authority Stores for $100-120. and the 160# standard sets with barbell and dumbell handles for $70-100.
But you gotta go get them yourself. They don't list these deals on the net because nobody wants to ship that kind of weight and you DON'T want to pay the freight charge.
