this is a first time im going to start cutting, im pretty scared cause i think im gona loose all my muscle, so just a few questions,

im going to run for 20min on a tredmil at 60% is this ok ?
when should i do cardio after a worokut or on a seperate day
and how many times a week should i do cardio ?

thanks heaps, the main reason i started bulking was when i saw dereks massive progress ur amazing, qhat are ur current stats?

I'd recommend walking w/medium intensity for 45 minutes.

Start with 3 times a week then when the weight loss has slowed down you increase to 5 times. then when the weight loss has slowed down a second time you start lowering your calories.

Shoot for 1-2 pounds a week if you lose more than that you risk losing muscle!
