I made a few changes to my diet (the numbers stayed basically the same, but foods/meals are switched some).

Hey beast I was wandering what you think about the microfiltrated whey isolate? I herd a couple studies saying that this type of whey is far more effective than whey concentrate. The only study I can think of off the top of my head is AST could it be that much more effective or are they just BS'ing me because it's their product?

I haven't read up on the different types of whey recently, but I doubt there is much difference between concentrate and isolate. I will try to look into this though.

He is saying that you take a ****load of supplements. Yet....its true!!! 2/3 of all of your calories come from "non-food" sources! How do you afford that? Does BB.com sponsor you bigtime? Must be.... that much Vandeta, ICE and HEAT would make me broke!!!!

You guys are right. What the hell am I thinking. Nevermind the fact that what my supplements cost a year doesn't even compare to what the pros spend a month on growth hormone alone...

As I have already stated, BB.com gives me product credit for my articles and for doing this section. It was my idea to do this section. Ryan Deluca asked me if I just wanted to post my stuff on here, but I said it would be better if other people could post as well.

Beast would like to know a typical day for you etc. I know u are a student etc, how is your social life etc, with all the training and time mamagement which I great IMO do u get time to go out etc. ANd do u ever go out to eat etc with friends etc. I read an article on Advant about people who there life revolves around there meals etc and they miss out on social activities etc just because they do not want to be put in an awkward situation etc. It made me think to myself if I am like that. Makes ya think, I do give u credit bro

I usually go out about every friday and saturday night. I always from a protein shake and depending on how late I will be out, I also bring some Leptigen in a water bottle. My friends don't care and if I am hanging out with new people, it always starts up a conversation. One shouldn't put their social life on hold for bodybuilding.

Just curious, how much do you actually spend a month on supps out of your own pocket?
