Well here i am again, sitting in my magic chair, for the past 5 hours or so since i maxed thinking about alot of ****. I weigh 205 with shorts, shirt, socks but no panties! Jk. I had a talk with Jeremey, teen who benchs 500. Before i even started that routine he warned me that he thaught it looked like ****, but you live and learn. percentage training does not work for myself. He suggest then to try MM Low-end Raw training. Think im going to give it a shot. Its similar to Painthrillers routine sort of. Heres a link.

Ill be doing some benchs with various tripples, 250 260 espcialley.

The preasure is on now. My dad is going to be buying me a plane soon because im going to be an airline pilot when i grow up and not goign into the military so i need to start now. im going to have to get a job to help pay for half of this plane. It wont be so bad because this summer ill be able to train and work at the same time.

i heard the best way to make gains on the bench is to do 100 pushups a night, and work exclusivly with machines.

I am gonna say that it's pretty certain that he nails 300 next saturday. Workup to singles in the full ROM, then hit the rest of the MM workout.

Thanks a ****load everyone for the overwhelming support. I just want to get to 300 to breack that symbolic milestone that every lifter strives, then ill work for 3 plates Then its on to 350!

I GOT THIS GREAT NEW IDEA! Dawned on me last night at like 12:30 while i was in the shower..............benching on the Smith machine, that way i dont need a spotter















LOL just playing, but benching in the Powerrack!!!!!! I can do boards, incline and everything in their and if i can't make the lift ill just terminate my arch and rest the weight on the pins. The P-Rack is secluded in the back of the gym by the squat racks and its quiet over there and ill have alot of time to focus and destory **** that way. Only thing ill be missing is a liftoff.

FK BROS NEXT WEEKEND IM GOING TO WORK UP TO 245x3, KILL SOME 3 BOARDS.........................and when ever i feel it, when its in the air.....................................im going to get my damn 300.

John- Lol im going to be haveing to work this usmmer and go to flight school and bench 350 all in 3 months. Since i can't go into the imlitary and all i want to do is fly commerical planes hwen i grow up its got to start now, its a long road to the cockpit of a commercial airliner so this is my life long investment. My dad is practicalley going grey over this. But its going to be cheaper to buy a plane and rent it out to other people takeing flight lessons while i take mine to and then sell it and get our money back or break even in the ned.

I have corrected vision, and for my height it would be ideal to be around 180-5 and i have no intentions of loseing weight. Id have to be like sitting in the back of an AWAC or S-3 viking and i don't fancy that. With commercial aviation you can have 20/20 corrected vision and as long as you pass your medical and aren't overweight you can fly. Ive seen some pretty heavy airline pilots in my time. Alot of it is preference to. Military in no way fits my life style.

Below the Knee Rackpulls (Conv): 225x3, 315x1, 365x1, 405x1+shrug, 455x1, 475x1 (25lb PR!)

Sumo deads: 135x3, 225x3, 275x1

Pullups: 6 and 5, contest with freind

BB Shrugs: 225x11, 225x12




Was hot as hell and pretty much wiped before i got inot the gym, was 98 degrees when i went in there. Soon as i get in there my best bros dad's freind, real cool guy, 45 balled, build like **** even though hes only 175 and 5'6 guys huge comes over and bull****s with me about this camping trip my freind was talking about at school so immeadiately my intensity dimenish's. Come to find out this guy wants me to go with them so im in.

End up talking to my freind most of the time while im in there and then go and pull 475 unfcoused and unpumped and get it locked out and then it slips, grip was shot to fk. I challange my freind to a pullup contest and my hands are shot to **** and so i only got 6 even though my biceps wherent even pumped. Im going to start doing these becase i hear they are great for hypertrophy. Didnt have the most enrergy or much but had alot of fun.

Some hot ass milf whos always in there when i was takeign the wegihts off and putting them up on here vertical leg press because it was out of 45's she told me to put them on top so i got some female attention.

Going camping the 15th of May for the weekend so thats when im going to take a week off! Until then im going to lift hard, have fun lifting and set some fking PRS. I feel a streangth spirt comeing on, plus im looking forward to my weekend of rest.

When i pulled 365, my max rack was 405. thats a 40 pound difference so i should theoreticalley be able to pull 440 right now. This is only a sign of things to come bros, i have enver in my life ben so driven by something before. Every workout i just want to lift bigger.

DB Seated Militaries: 45x10, 55x10, 65x10, 70x9 (great and easy but my shoulders where balls of fire after the 55's SOLID.)

HangCleans: 135x3, 145x3 (Explosive)

Chins: 1x9 (3 rep PR over yesterday lol!), 1x3, 1x4, 1x3, 1x3, 1x5

BB Rows: 165x8, 135x8 (tired as hell now)

After militaries my shoulders where burning. Took the rrest of the day easy, had alot of fun with my bro competeing in hang cleans he still only got 5 the first time, i set a nice PR, im goign to be at 20 on those bitchs soon. My shoulders have def gotten stronger, i was blowing the 70's up then my shoulders where like flames and i only got 9 of those bitchs. Over all was alot of fun and easy. Saveing it for my revenge with 245 for monster tripples this weekend.

Some **** is going donw tomarrow. Remeber that one freind whos on drugs and alcohol? Me and my freind put in a concern form anonomysly today at lunch and the counselor called him in. Well my friend gets home adn gets a call on his cell phone and someons like "im going to beat your ass for snitching on ________, your ass's are getting beat"

Now this other kid ________ isnt the same guy as the one we put a concern form in for but a close freind, they all share the same bottle. So this kid is freinds with alot of the "pothead" people on the football team. The other kid who is a freind of the kid we put a concern form in becuase he drives drunk and almost has wrecks and **** for is probabley going to get mad or ratted out on to. 95% sure hes involved aswell. My good buddy, ex good buddy that i lost to drugs is expelled. They found a bunch of **** on him and tested him and hes like 40% over the legal limit or some **** and is at risk for alcohol posining and ****.

He called me up and said hes not going to be back at school, hes out of town already, his mom is crying, his dad is in rage and on his way home from a vacatoin in mexico.

Me and my bro are pretty close and hes the one who actualley put the concern form in i just went with him. So tomarrow im going to be there half the dya by myself, i walk home from school so i dont know whats going on.......................................pretty sure the ****s going ot hit the fan.

Think I'm a little confused about the whole concern form incident.

Why would he be expelled over it? Sounds like the concern form is more of an intervention...and how much of an intervention is it when they just expell him? Shouldn't they force him into counselling or a rehab program instead?

Anyway, you really think there is going to be retalliation? Somehow I can't picture a football team of potheads...Seems like it should be two opposite groups of students.

First its like this, we are all juniors. There are the two major groups that make up the team. THe jocks such as our qb rb, wr, s and stuff, they all hang out together, coaches best freinds, doing everythign right for football, no concern to us. The pot heads, most of the second stringers kids who dont give a ****, sign up for football and show up to practice drunk. OUr buddy was a part of them and we cared so we put a concern form "word" in with the counselor who braught him in later that day. He came in with his cocacola bottle drunk as **** and in bad shape. Come to find out he gave alcohol to another minor even though he himself is under 18, plus he drives like this and ****. They gave him tests and stuff and he is being expelled. Its all i know, he himself said so.

So when my buddy the drunk was in the office i guess he told them that my bro snitched on this other kid, leader of the potheads of the football team to. KId wants to take someone down with him. Ill let you know what happens tomarrow

Its blown over, my freind approached the guy who called him and threatend him and he backed down. Then my friend who is kicked out called and told me some **** and asked if i told and ofcourse where denieing it, and i guess he beleaved us and called the other guy whos suspended and settled it and they weren't going to gang up on us anyway they where just trying to scare us and see who snitched but they have no clue. Fking drama............

Great workout. Im feeling bad that i was capable of so much more but just didnt go for it. Kept things to easy. Fk, those benchs where great, got every rep i wanted. A little uneasy getting used to the powerrack though. I was pretty tired when i got to the 3 boards and even 265 was shakey. Next week im going for 305 on the 3 board!

I feel pretty good that i can rep 250 at will, BY MYSELF, NO LIFTOFF, NO SPOT, JUST ME!


Going bowling and shopping with a buddy tonight. Now that im comfortable in the Prack, **** is going down next weekend.

Braught another freind today but my other freind trained him, soon as they got in there they hit cables and ****, all that ****ing pussy ****. THere is some fellow Jr. in there who i havent seen in about 2 months, he's working out again and he is ****ing awsome looking. Hes bulked up and has love handels, but he is like 230 at 5'10 with atleast 19 inch guns that show off his triceps without flexing, he was cable rowing the whole stack WITH a 45 on it. Hes def juiceing becuase hes put on like 30 pounds of mass ATLEAST since i seen him last. Boy what i wouldnt do for some sauce!

Feels good doing reps that i couldnt even max at a month ago or less.

Thanks alot, 455 is just around the fking corner, matter of weeks. Yea this kid is either juiceing or another RailZ. I have no idea, hes only a JR to. Pushing atleast 18-19 inch arms. The stack was 300, he was doing cable rows with 345 for 8. Fking makes me jealous.

Descent day really. PR on the 75's. I only got them 5 times the first time and that was to failure. So i racked them and was going to call it a day with those but then i was like, **** that, and i took like 3 minuts of wrest, went over and powered out 8 deep explosive reps with only the last two being slow towrads the top. People where looking at me, i had veins out even when my arms where in the air pusshing. Guess thats impressive for some people or soemthing. Was really digging deep on those rows today, I was swetting my ass off, was like 100 degrees in that fking place. My freind maxed out on 225 today on the smithmachine so im not sure what is flat bench is. LIke 5 months ago he flat benched 205 barely and he hit 225 today on smith so im not worried about it.

First, i was going to squat in the powerrack but some ***get was in there doing shrugs so i went over to the squat rack, i wanted to go heavy and there wasnt any thing to catch my dumps if i did , plus i started haveing this insane urge to bench guys. I go over there soon as my bro walks in and im like "some **** is dieing today." I didnt really like how 295 went up last weekend, even though i knew i had more in me. 315...............I COULDNT GET THIS OFF MY 3 BOARD WHEN I TRIED IT LAST TIME!!!!!!!!!!! I FKING KILLED IT TODAY. Scary thing is is on a good day, a carbed up day, i could of had 5-10 more pounds. The hardest part wasnt pushing it up, but bring it down and hitting my groove, **** was a ton to control on the way down. FK YEA BROS. THere is no way my 3 board is 65+ pounds under my 3 board. IM thinking my max is 300-305 honestly now guys. TODAY I JUST FELT IT IN MY SOUL. Next time, when i know its time to max, ........................................some **** is getting killed.

Went on my camping trip. Spent the night right on the water in the thr thorns in this campsite right on the river and went wake boarding the first night. Waters like glass there but wake boarding is gay as fk. your floating in the water and your trying to stay in this tight position, knees bent , rope pulled down to your stomach while the boat dirvers getting all the slack out, pain in the ass. Then you say go and and he hits the gass full throttle to get you out of the whole and i just never got out of that hole, would always go to stand and my board would just start sinking and ****, all 200 pounds of me.

THe best thing was I was with this buff ass motherfker whos like 40 and works out at our gym. GUys short and stocky with 17 inch arms on his 5'7 frame. Lean as **** and just a swole ass mother****er, benchs 305 to and pulls 495. One of the more swoler guys in the gym. Well..................I fking almost ripped his arm off all three times i arm wrestled him. I beat one of the swolest mother****ers in the gym in arm wrestleing! I know its not a complete show of streangth but hey! It was good and surprised the **** out of him.

I had to take so much **** for my powerlifting and **** lol. They asked me if i needed a belt to wake board with of if i needed some chalk or maybe even a fking bench shirt lol. IT was all in good fun though. Oh yea, then we did a pushup contest. I blasted out 40 until my arms burnt to bad and this guy did 50 lol almost had him.

Those squats are looking good as always, looks like your toying with little weights though :D. John- Yea this guy is built like hell and he squats feet shoulder width ass to the grass and ive seen him rep 315 easy this way and he says his max is like 450 that style, he deads conv 495 and benchs 305 for a single after a bunch of other ****. WOW, Great workout! I WAS PISSED OFF today before i went in there because at school this dumb tall blond bitch kept useing me to pass notes to her freind and bitching about it because i was being to obvious, I was about to tell her what i thaught of her but the bell rang before she could be a bitch even more.


Last time, i missed 405 rock bottome, even though this is on a box, its below parallel, and you pause so in my opinion its harder becuase your tendons lose that elasticity. I went for 430 but soon as i unracked it its like my candle was snuffed but im not mad becuase next time i do this **** im going to get 440.



I had 315 on and a fkload of 10's and **** on each side, bar was bending on the rack and there was barely any room for but like 2 more 10s on each side. Some "alright" looking girl who id drill in every whole, older then me in her early 20s id say was looking at me. I seen her in the mirror flipping her hair and like rubbing her arm just obvioulsy looking even when i went to do my rows. Then she was on this db bench doing some **** with a 2.5 db and i was talking to one of the guys i knnow in ther about football hits and football stories and she was listening and then when we went to do are sets she did hers, obviously interested.

Sick and all and still managed to pull of a nice one! Well floors felt ****ing greta for being sick. 225 and 245 where insanely easy. 265 hit the pins and it almost dumped. everything else went great. everything over 285 felt like a ton though but i made sure my whole tricep came to a rest on the ground before powering it up. CG's where right on the mark, i could of gotten 8 fresh with 225 EASY i know it. Bob........the buff guy i beat at arm wreslteing wanted to challange me to a EZ Bar curl contest. He chose the weight and hit 10 then gave it to me and back and forth back and forth etc, He beat me though and hit 55x5 after 55x6 when i kept missing the last rep. Still good freindly comp.


I odnt know what kinda relation my floor has with my bench. Everyone says that floors are easier and **** but i dont see how they are. The bar is only like an inch off my chest when i bring it down, i dont arch my back, and cant get any leg drive into it and sht so i dont know. Seems harder for me.

If I pull from the pins in the rack, my grip is the only thing holding them back...if it's DLed from the floor, then it's grip and DL strength.

Anyway, nice bench session. 305 is a damn impressive floor press. And sets with 225 for CG are nothing to laugh at either.

Well thats how it went. My freind was kinda pissed. He hit 185x4 pretty solid on bench, tieing his old pr, had about 2 or 3 left in him, hit 205x2, pretty good, last rep his foot came of the ground and i started to worry but he got it. 225, BIg miss, then i told him a powerlifting technique in bringing the bar down lower and he got it but he didnt have much more in him, maybe 230 or so. So he was pissed and i kinda actualley felt bad for him.

I think its safe to say, that out of everything in weightliting. GM's are the least fav exc of mine. I hit 225 but i know if i would of went up i would be getting more hip action into then is good.

Saw the best ass in my life in there. Shes this older woman, about 30, is a big fitness gureu and used to teach cardio class's at Golds. She was in there sitting on the bench doing curls with likea 5 pound wieght and her shorts where soaked with that sweet ass swet and her black thong was rideing right up her ass and that ass was just in- ****ing-credable. THat.................is the highlight of my workout.

Well thats how it went. My freind was kinda pissed. He hit 185x4 pretty solid on bench, tieing his old pr, had about 2 or 3 left in him, hit 205x2, pretty good, last rep his foot came of the ground and i started to worry but he got it. 225, BIg miss, then i told him a powerlifting technique in bringing the bar down lower and he got it but he didnt have much more in him, maybe 230 or so. So he was pissed and i kinda actualley felt bad for him.

I think its safe to say, that out of everything in weightliting. GM's are the least fav exc of mine. I hit 225 but i know if i would of went up i would be getting more hip action into then is good.

Saw the best ass in my life in there. Shes this older woman, about 30, is a big fitness gureu and used to teach cardio class's at Golds. She was in there sitting on the bench doing curls with likea 5 pound wieght and her shorts where soaked with that sweet ass swet and her black thong was rideing right up her ass and that ass was just in- ****ing-credable. THat.................is the highlight of my workout.

yeah, but generally in a westside outline there is additional hamstring work outside of the max effort movement.

**** in that case, i could of probabley nailed some big **** because my hips area strong point. I was just keeping my knees bent slightly and levering my back. I didnt have time to find out how to perform a glute/ham rasise when i came home from school and i do weighted sit ups on ab night. Seems to work well. Ill hit some ham's this DE day

CG Rack Lockouts: 315x3, 335x3, 345x3 All so fking easy

Skulls: 100x8, 110x4(better stop) 100x8

Front db lat raises: 25x8, 30x8, 25x8

Skulls, went to hit some with 110 but i stopped at 4 becuase i knew i was going to have to work these to failure and sacrifice form if i continued so i stopped. FKING AWSOME ASS WORKOUT. 225 was ****ign sweet and $EASY on the bench, i was repping this **** out like 135 man felt like i did 9 reps in 9 seconds until my buddy touched the fking weight because he said the 45 was slipping off. I SWEA I COULD OF HAD 12-15!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FK.


305 was descent for not knowing how the decline bench felt. 2nd time in my life doing it so 305 is alright. FKING AWSOME DAY even with football practice before hand!

Had to do the combine. It was so fkied up i skipped the squat wich was on the fking smith machine and just did bench on some ****ty ass bench. So many half benchers its in-****ing-sane, people saying they got like 10 and **** when they really only had 2-3 full ones. It was sorry as ****. I officialley hit the most with full reps. Someone else got 19 half reps, everyone was a half rep. Going to fking kill some rack pulls toamrrow, was just fking around today, not even inot it so ****.

Speed to be honest totalley ****ing sucked, even 135. Just wasnt feeling it. Still wanted to pop some cleans. I got 225 to nipples on all attempts just wasnt man enough to get under that **** but i got 215 nicely. 220 was the same. BB Curls where really nice today, ****ing biceps are becomeing brute.


While i was getting ready to hit some speed bench, i was watching a guy in the mirror cg 225 in the power rack and he was screaming and **** and on the 3rd rep he was like "somebody help me" and i was like lightning over there and pulled the siht off him. I was really impressed at how fast i moved. Overall, Im sort of happy with my clean even though I am pretty ****ing sure that if my speed would of ben better today like it noramley is, i would of had that 225. So my clean is 225ish. goign to hit some hangs for awhile or something utnil im done with this westide cycle and surprise myself with 230 or something.

Well this was both good and bad:

The good:

1.) 285 felt easy as **** asn was smooooooooooth as hell.
2.) 285 is an ultimate bench pr, BARELY got 280 last time wg maxed.
3.) Half way through this routine and already a sweet as PR.
4.) Can def probabley rep 275 on bench
5.) bench has to be between 290-305 AT THE LEAST.

The bad:

1.) This wasnt really a maxout becasue 285 was just to easy.
2.) I shouldnt of have made a 20 pound jump, should of went for
295.
3.) I tired out fast, I treid 290 and couldnt even get it off my chest.



So basicalley im pretty happy but not the numbers i was looking for. I SET A NEW BENCH PR and am benching more then i ever have and IM still 205 bw! So.............Im getting alot stronger, at the same BW! PERFECT!

Well, this workout is totalley my fault. I had a bowl of rice at 11 when i woke up and a pbj at around 2, horrible thing to eat before a workout based on past experiences. DB inclines where ****ing nice though, on a good day i could of hit them 8 times i bet. DB's, the bar kept turning because they where lose and rolling out of my ahnd almost so these where ****ing ****.

great job full back, you are really strong on close grip. i was wondering do you go flat backed or arched? i was looking at your numbers on close grip and i was suprised. I maxed on close grip 250 for 4, thats about the same as you. you should definetly go for 300 on w-g and end the road to 300 and begin the rode to 315+

I think i could of got another 10 or so pounds out of my cg becuase 285 was fking easy. How much you max bench? Im not sure what i can rep at on 250 cg. Most ive ever done wg with it is like 4.

Speed squats ass to the grass: 135x3, 225x6x3, 245x2x3

Spead pulls (sumo/con): 225x10x3

Hangcleans: 135x3, 155x3, 175x1, 185x1, 195x1, 205x1 (10lb PR fking easy)

Benchpress: 160x2 ( could of had 3, just showingsomeone pling for)

SLDL 135x5, 225x5, 265x3, 285x2x3

DB Alt Curls: 45x8, 50x8, 40x6

DB hammers: 65x8, 55x8



Real nicew orkout took like an hour and a half. SPeed on everything was descent. Cleans where great, i started at 205 for awhile and then just grabbed it and exploded that **** so hard it was at chin level when i got my arms under it. THis was a fking easy clean! SLDL where ****ing great, awsome stretch. DB curls where fking strong. Very nice workout.

I bench arched aswell, i max w-g 330 , close grip isn't my strongest area. I notice that my 5 rep max close grip is around 35 pounds lower than my 5 rep max wide grip which is in at around 285 which depends on the day. As for close grip suprisingly i do that flat backed too, i feel that arching with close grip is a little unconfortable. Believe me arched helps a lot when it comes down to it, my 5 rep max flat backed is around 260 maybe 265, which is around a 20 pound difference when arched, but thats me.

good luck and looking forward for you to hit at least 305 when you max

Well, woke up at 11:30 had a ****ty bowl of Raisin bran, tastes great but isnt worth a **** for energy or fuel. Went to a duckshow downtown to see my neighbor carve wooden ducks lol. Went to the gym at 3 with nothing to eat, stomach growling and managed to pull of a strong 310. 3 more weeks of this routine and im going for the big one!

Started my first lesson yesterday for becoeming a Private Pilot and that was fking insane! By the end of summer ill be a Private Pilot and a 3+ lb bencher!

thanks man, ill have to admit your the beast, you bring 100% of what you have on every workout, you will see that all of this hard work will bring you to your goal and then some. After you get that 300 it will be a new road to 400 and so on, so if you keep on bringin it like you are now you will be there before you know it.

I really try to bring all i have to the workout, i dont think any of us can function at 100% because that is perfect and we'd be hitting all the PR's we wanted, but im always bringing 95% plus with me. Workout 98: ME Bench Assistance

CG Benchpress: 135x8, 185x8, 225x1, 225x6, 235x6, 245x5, None where to failure by i went for 245 and the guy practicalley high pulled the whole thing for me so it was def not to failure on that one.

DB Militaries: 55x6, 70x8, 80x4, 55x5 WOW.............killed


Overall i wanted 245x6 on the cg but i was doing it in the Powerrack and that think always fks me up for some reason. Still i think if i didnt do 225 and 235 and was more confident i would of gotten 245 for 7. DB's..........................don't know what happend here, one of the worst shoulder workouts ive had in awhile.

Wow..........................dumped 385 because that **** felt like a ton, got it like 5 inches up and kinda hover/bobbed there nad back down again. I started getting furious and ****ing pissed and so i took the pates off and through them, almost called it quites abut i was like **** no, 385 is a bitch weight. So i ****ing kill it with somewhat of a sturggle. so im feeling better and i load of 4 plates, should be easy, ive ben hitting 405 for box's and squats for awhile. Hit it, now im feeling better so i go for 415 just to see. I hit that and i start going numb and hit 430, wanted a pr, had to have tone today, finalley im just ****ing furious and pissed and pop 440........................................this was the most hardcore workout ive had, fking nialed this bitch with a blood hurtleing growl. ..................... hell of a day, back down to 204ish to in bw.

Thanks bro! The lockout was really fking nice! It seems when you get under it, if you push it long enough it will finalley go up. I hailed it there for like 30 seconds, and i could of helled it longer even though i was shakeing bad lol.

Incline benchpress: 45x5, 135x5, 155x5, 205x1, 225x1, 250x1(PR!), 265x1 ( 30lb PR!!!!) 270x0, 225x3 TOUGH
DB Rows: 95x6 L and R, 100x6 L and R Light weight here, elbows almost touched the ceiling.


CG Bench: 135x5, 205x7, 205x3,3,3 all fkin nice and none to failure.

DB Shrugs: 100x8,8,8

conc curls: 45x8 R................fk it, was tired and bi's just wherent feeling it.


Well...................I wanted 260-270, I fking got 265!!! 250 was incredabley strong! I remeber when i couldnt even bench this! 270 was way to heavygot it to nose level but didnt have what it takes to get it. So..........my incline is 265 MAX no questions here, and 285 CG, questions here............can't wait to see what my bench is!\


Had some Indian guy spot me named Sing. Hes like "how old are du" " yes you lift big, you muscular yes" and he kept flareing his arms out trying to impersonate me lol. Real nice guy, dresses like an american and i started talking to him and he wouldnt shut t fk up during my rows. Talked about india, and pakistan and we had an intersting converstation

Him: Da bowl

Me: The whole?

Him: No no no no no no no, da Booooooooowl *hand motions circle*

Anyway....................im pleased with my incline. 265 sounds like a weak number for me rigt now. but hey, was fun!
