Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):
I have been training off and on since 2003. Seriously training since November of 2006.
I am military so I have been used to staying in shape or somewhat around being in shape.
I believe I am a good dedicated person and that is the type of person who should be testing a product. I am willing to stick it out with testing a product and regaurdless of results I will continue to test the product for the ammount of time needed.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Monday- Back and Bis. Focus more on Bis
Tuesday- Chest and Tris. Focus more on Chest
Wednesday- Shoulders and Abs
Thrusday- Chest and Tris. Focus more on Tris
Friday- Back, Bis, and Legs.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
30 Minutes a day prior to workouts I will be doing cardio. Cardio will vary from day to day depending on what I am interested on doing that certain day.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
Starmark Labs LipoRedux
ON Gold Standard Protein
AST Multi x32
Universal Liver Tabs
In week two of this test I will be adding BSN No Xplode to my stack. I like the product and it has always worked for me.
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
Like I stated in my application, I don't do the whole macros things and weigh out all of my food. I consider myself a normal person who eats like a normal person. I watch what I eat. However, I WILL be doing a breakdown of my calories durring this test.
Please don't hate on what I eat and the fact that I am not going to be figuring out my macros. When I applied I said that I don't do that so I assume Starmark Labs is okay with that. After all, normal people who most likely don't look that close to their diet will be buying this product. I like to give the results that they can expect to tell normal customers.
Current Daily water intake:
At least 1 gallon
Short Term Goal:
Be around 240 lbs at under 15% BF by the end of the year.
Long Term Goal:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I work night shift so I will be taking the recommended dose of 3 pills prior to going into work at night.
Here is a look at my schedule...
8am- sleep
4pm- wake up
5pm- eat
9pm- preoworkout supps
10-11pm- workout
11pm- go to work
1130pm- eat
3am- eat
7am- eat
Repeat...
There are some days when my wife works that I need to stay up until 1 in the afternoon. On those days everything just gets shifted. I don't wake up until right before I go to the gym and my meals are pushed back. Still eating the same amount but obviously not at the same times.
I am going to try and keep my calorie intake at or right around 2,000 calories durring this test.
I will NOT be drinking soda durring this test. All I will have is water and crystal light. And of course protein shakes.

Okay, so its the end of day one for me...
I went into work last night after sleeping of course and did not get a workout in. Sunday nights/Monday the gym I go to is not open. So my lifting/workout schedule begins monday night. But I started the LipoRedux last night.
I took the recommended 3 pills prior to going into work. About a half hour later I ate.
I did get a stomache ache after taking the pills but it went away as soon as I ate. I was focused at work all night and not once did I get tired. The night flew by fast. I never really got hungry, just ate when I knew I had to.
Today I took in about 2043 calories. (I say about because fit day is off sometimes by a couple calories and I don't weigh out my chicken, its more like an average.)
I am off to bed now and when I wake up I will hit the gym and have a full workout to post.

Okay, I just got to work and I am done with my daily workout. Here is how my day has gone so far...
I woke up around 8:50pm tonight and it was time for a bit of food.
1 cup Cheerios, 1/2 cup milk, and a slice of american cheese- 255 calories
The I went to the gym and worked out Chest and Tris. Here is the workout from today...
Chest
Bench- 135/185/225 all 8x each
Incline Bench- 135/185/185 all 8x each
Decline Bench- 135 x8/185 x8/225 x12
Tris
Skull Crushers- 66/86/86 all 8x each
Overhead Bumbbell Press- 80/90/100 all 8x each
Cable Tricept Pulldown (Single Arm)- 20/25/30 all 8x each
Then I headed over to the elliptical machine. I did 20 min with a steady heart rate of around 158. Total calories burned 309
After cardio I did dips right before I left the gym. 3 sets of 12. My bodyweight.
Usually I do alot more then that both weight wise and number of excersizes. But I took last week off (First time in a few months) and I was just getting back into things. I need to adjust my workout a bit so I can fit more weight lifting into the time frame and still allow myself to get the cardio in. Chest is is always a problem because I work out with a partner and he yaps alot.
After the workout it was time for the post workout shake.
2 cups of milk and 2 scoops of ON 100% Whey (Double Chocolate...Mmmm)- 540 calories
I will update one more before I go to bed in the morning with the rest of the food and my total calorie count for the day.

Are you following one of the programs (things like Rippetoe, 5x5, PRRS, etc), or is it a regimen of your own make?

Its my own.
Mon- Chest and Tris
Tues- Back and Bis
Wed- Shoulders and Legs
Thursday- Chest and Tris
Friday- Back and Bis
On each day I try and focus on one muscle group then the other. Usually do 4-5 exersices per muscle group in 3-4 sets each. Start with a warmup then go heavy.
Works for me, I don't get sore anymore. Never really looked into programs or anything like that before.

Day 3
Well I noticed I havn't been keeping track of listing what day I am on. So I guess I will do it now. Kinda got the idea from RVMan...
Anyway, I woke up this afternoon at 5pm on the dot. Kinda upset though, I wasn't able to eat until 6:30 or so due to some stuff I had to get done ASAP.
'Breakfast' today for me was 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and a glass of milk (2 cups).
I waited an hour or so then I took my 3 LipoRedux pills. A short while later is was rolling around to 9:30 so that meant time for the gym. And todays workout was the best, Back and Bis. My favorite day of the week. So lets take a look at what I did today...
Bicepts
Standing Barbell Curls- 80x8/90x8/100x8
Dumbbell Prone Incline Curl- 35x8/40x8/45x8
Hammer Curls- 30x8/35x8/40x8
Machine Preacher Curls (Both Arms at Once)- 90x8/100x8/110x8
Back
T-Bar Rows- 135x8/185x8/185x8
Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns- 160x8/180x8/200x8
Close Grip Lat Pulldowns- 150x8/170x8/190x8
Low Row (Cybex Machine, One arm at a time)- 90x8/135x8/135x8
Forearms
Reverse Bumbbell Curls- 25x8/30x8/35x8
Behind the back barbell curls- 80x12/90x12/100x12
Wrist Curls- 25x8/30x8/35x8
Did 20 minutes on the treadmill for a total calorie burn of 109
Total Calorie eaten today- 2016
My thoughts so far on LipoRedux
So far so good! I have been eating around 2,000 calories a day and I have figured out that I used to be eating way more then that. LipoRedux has help crush my cravings enough where I can eat only 2,000 calories a day or so and get by fine.
To my knowledge I have not lost any muscle mass. My weight loss is unclear for now. I was 243 when I started and I wont weight myself until day 7. I figure I will update my weight weekly durring the time this test is taking place.
As far as side effect go... NONE! I have not experianced one side effect yet. And I figure this, being the start, would be the time any would really hit hard. I have no touble sleeping. I have no problem with focus or staying alert. No crazy feelings in my chest or anywhere for that matter. Its almost like i'm not on anything at all. But you can tell that its working just based on the fact that the energy is there and your not near as tempted to eat as much.
So far this has been a GREAT product in terms of being 'user friendly'. As for results... I guess we all just need to sit back, wait, and see... Well not me, but you guys ;)

Day 4
Another day... Another day... Well, I woke up at 9pm tonight (stayed up later because wife had a doctors apt.) and instead of eating right away it was down with some NO Xplode and then off the to gym. Today was shoulders and legs... Damn did I have a good workout IMO tonight. Here it is...
Shoulders
Side Lateral Raises- 25x8/30x8/35x8
Front Dumbbell Raises- 25x8/30x8/35x8
Bent Over Rear Delt Raises- 40x8/45x8/50x8
Cybex Machine Overhead Press- 110x8/130x8/140x8
Cybex Machine Lateral Raises- 90x8/110x8/130x8
Traps
Shoulder Dumbbell Shrugs (Cutler Shrugs= One at a time)- 85x8/95x8/105x8
Upright Cable Rows- 57.5x8/72.5x8/87.5x8
Legs*Due to some nagging knee problems from years of football, I use machines for my leg workouts. Sometimes I use free weights, but mostly machines...
Seated Leg Press- 190x12/230x12/290x12
Seated Leg Curls- 110x12/130x12/190x12
Leg Extensions- 150x12/170x12/190x12
Rotary Calf Machine- 250x12/270x12/290x12
Then I hopped on the Elliptical Machine today and got at it for 20 minutes. Total Calories burned doing Cardio= 323
After the gym I took down my Protein Shake (2 scoops whey in 2 cups of milk). I also took 2 Uni-Livers, my multi, and 3 LipoRedux's for the day. I also ate 4 eggs.
Total calories eaten today- 1912

Day 5
Chest and Tris today. Then Back and Bis in a few hours. Yup, two workouts. My parents are coming into town so I wont be able to train all weekend...
Anyways, here what I did today so far....
Chest
Bench- 135x20/185x12/225x10
Incline Bench- 135x18/155x10/185x12
Cable Crossovers- 30x12/35x12/42.5x12
Cybex Machine Flys- 90x15/95x12/100x12
Decline Bench- 135x25/185x15/185x15
Tris
Overhead Cable Rope Extensions- 42.5x15/50x12/57.5x25
Straight Bar Cable Pushdowns- 70x25/85x20/100x12
Overhead Dumbbell Extensions- 25x15/30x12/40x8
Cable Concentration Tricept Extensions- 25x8/30x8/30x8
Skull Crushers- 66x12/66x8/66x8
Thats all in order on how I went. By the end I could barely lift anything, I was getting sore from going high reps. But I red that many BBers go high reps to work the muscle more and hit fibers better. So I think I am going to start a more intest, higher rep, training format.
I will put my calorie count in before I leave for the gym after work!

THIS STUFF IS WORKING!
It is day 8 now and I am 238 Pounds! Thats a 5 pound weight loss in the first week! I hope this keeps up! I am noticing more vascularity and my mid section is thinning out a bit.
Tonight when I go into work I will post the Back/Bicept workout I did over the weekend as well as my workout tonight, if I get to one. It is my brother in laws graduation tonight.
Sorry for the lack of updates over the weekend as well. I have been very busy with Mothers day stuff. My parents came into town from WI for the weekend. Then you add my inlaws and doing family stuff, I was shot for time.
I kept up on my LipoRedux though. Still feel great. Still sleeping good. I think they give me a little added energy throughout my day (or night) as well as help surpress my appetite.
But the best thing so far... THEY ARE WORKING AND WITH NO SIDE EFFECTS!

Good stuff so far PWF. Sorry for lack of commentary on my part. First things first: your calories seem very low. I'm not trying to nit-pick in any way, shape, or form, but ~2,000kcal. or there abouts is amazingly low given your current weight. I would venture out to say that you could get ripped on ~2,800kcal.-3,000kcal. to start with, and then progressively lower as your weight drops. You will inevitably lose a lot of muscle if you set calories/protein too low.
But, that said, I am impressed with how well the appetite supression is working for you. Has your mood really not changed that much? As Matt put it in another thread, PEA/Hordenine really gives you sort of a "care-free" mood, and a really "feel-good" mindset.
BTW--when you add NO-Xplode I'd avoid taking a LipoRedux serving at the same time. Certainly need to be spaced out by a good ~4-6hrs.
ProWrestleFan
05-19-2007, 03:07 PM
Cake- I have upped my calorie intake. As a matter of a fact I have stopped counting now. I use the same diet I was using but I add more healthy foods around it.
As for the NO Xplode, I usually space them out by about 3 hours and it is fine. No rush, no crash, nothing. As a matter of a fact, you can't even tell LipoRedux is working, or not.
WEIGHT UPDATE
I started at 243.... Right now I am 234!!!
I have also switched my wou\rkout routine to allow more exercise but more time for cardio. Basically I have gone from working out two bodyparts a day to one.
Sunday- Shoulders
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back
Wednesday- Arms
Thursday- Legs
Cardio on each day. Possibly longer then the usual 20 I am doing now since I should have more time and I plan on adding more food throughout the day.
today is day 13 by the way...

Day 15
Still so far so good. I appoligize for the lack of updated on the weekends but I have a very hectic schedule with going from a nightshift lifestyle to staying up durring the days on the weekends.
Pills are still holding my appetite down well. I still eat when I know I need to but its not like I really get hungry for anything. I am still only taking 3 pills a day. I think I will continue that so I can last this 30 days.
I wont have an update from this Thursday-Monday. I will be on vacation and wont have access to a computer. However, I will obviously still continue taking LipoRedux and will continue my diet. Nothing bad, all healthy ;) It will suck missing the gym for two days though.
Other then that, not much to update on. My weight it still 236.

Well I just got back from a 5 day vacation. Despite not working out and going on a 'holiday' type diet, I was able to maintain the weight I was before the break. I continued to take LipoRedux of course.
Still my diet is good and everything is fine. The pills are still doing a good job of holding my appetite back as well as giving me some energy. I havn't had any problems mixing caffene products with the pills even though the bottle says not too. Nothing like soda but I have drank a coffee here and there within the 6 hour limit.
Sleep is still good. I am going to do another weigh in this coming sunday.
So far, still good.

Weighed myself yesterday in the afternoon and I was 235. Usually I am 234 or so in the morning now when I wake up so I am assuming the pills are still doing the trick.
Sleep has gotten a little shakey lately. But I think thats because I have an arena football game this weekend, not due to the LipoRedux.
My calorie count is still sitting around 2,500 a day or. Workouts going good. I officially don't have a problem mixing LipoRedux with other caffein products.

Well all my pills are gone. Official weight loss... 9 Pounds. Not bad for one month I would say. I will have some pics up in a few days. I went tanning and Im kinda burnt right now :( Gotta give the skin some time to smooth the redness out, lol...
Overal I was pleased. No side effects. Nothing out of the ordinary at all. My appetite was still there but it did a good job of surpressing it for a few hours after I would take the pills.
I would recommend this product to anyone looking to get off those last few nagging pounds. But like any other fat burner, it platues after so long. It was 9 pounds for me. But hell. 9 pounds is better then nothing.
Good like to SmartMark Labs and LipoRedux. This is a good product and I hope you guys have some good sales.
