whenever i bench, incline, military with dumbbells, no matter tha weight, my wrists always fold in severely, causing the dumbbell to angle. i loose a lot of ROM and want to correct it, anyway how?

Move your hands closer to the inside of the dumbbell/bar

what alpha said and also get some wrist wraps, tight wraps will increase the stability and keep those wrists more locked in. :)
