hair removal...............

All I have ever done is good old shaving. Anyone ever use electrolysis? How about laser hair removal? I know some people wax, but that sounds too painful.
i'm in search of something easier to use, it seems shaving, I have to keep "touched up" every week - a pain in the a##!
Is there anything easier or longer term? Or am I just plain SOL "cause I'm borderline chia pet?

my brother got laser hair removal done on his upper face and neck. lucky bastard doesn't have to shave there anymore. but, what i do for my chest is just shave it, and then apply a cream called vaniqa. it slows the production of hair on the applied area. any doctor can prescribe this, but it's purely vanity and isn't covered by insurance. one bottle runs $60.
