Before I post the pics, I have to lay down some stuff.
1) These pics are after a low carb (100 grams) and during a no carb day.
2) I AM PALE! The sunlight reflects off my skin :lol Therefore my veins are not that visible in my calves and shoulders, but they are there I tell you.
3) I have been dieting for 2 weeks.

Standing (I think this one looks weird)

Wow, you are definitely looking thick there. I remember you said a weak point of yours was your chest in an article from some time ago, and by the looks of your pics now, that's not much of a problem. My chest is lagging, and is uneven due to an injury. I use DB's for all pressing and get as big a ROM as I can, any suggestions for bringing up a lagging chest?

Wow. Ur pics continue to amaze me every time I see them. And beast don't worry bout the paleness cause u still look huge and its amazing how ripped u already are. U say ur 8.5-9% right now right? 2 weeks ago u were like 9.5-10% right? Its amazing your progress in 2 weeks not only by the numbers but also by the pics. Keep it up man I'm seein a pro card in ur future.

Next time i would say take your white t-shirt off before taking pics, JK

Looking good. Side tricep pose was the best!

^Yeah, the side-tri is good. Your overall leg development is awesome! I'm sure that's a news flash :) I know it's not a major detail, but the serratus development is a nice touch. I really like this ongoing lowdown on the training and diet. Thanks for taking the time.

Hey Beast,

What part of MI are you in? I have some friends around there in MI.

Beast one thing that stands out to me about your legs is your outer thighs. Are there any specific exercises I can do to work them. For thighs I use squats and thigh extensions.

All I really do for my legs are heavy squats. I find that hack squats really target the Vastus Lateralis (out quad) muscle.

Thanks for the comps guys.

When do you plan on starting to tan, do you tan easily or not? I'm not very tanned by any means but man it looks like your body never sees the sun. Apart from that you look freakin great dude, very thick allround.

I'm going to start tanning in 2 weeks.

Over the past 6 months, there hasn't been any sun here.

Why do you tan outside instead of inside? Or do you do both?

Inside.

I'm saying in general there has been no sun, therefore no desire for me to go outside, therefore no need to be tan when it is below zero, therefore...

I see some great improvements from your last set of pics. Especially the vein in your biceps, that shows up a lot more. The calves in the side tri are a nice touch. And the legs look ripped as usual.

Why didn't you do a rear double bis shot?

Keep up the good work, man. At this rate you'll do great in your contest.
