This was my workout on Friday.. I'll repeat this workout on Monday. On tuesday I'll do biceps and tricepts and after my workout I'll come and log it here.
My goal is lean muscle and stength.
My stats are 5'11" 228lbs I have played around with weights in the past but I consider myself a rookie. I still don't have a solid routine and I'm hungry to learn in the right ways of weight lifting for power and muscle gains.

Why so many? I try to get in about 45 to 55 minutes of workout per routine. It took about 55 minutes for this routine.

I dont get it , do you use 30 second rests or something. I only do a total, at the most, 12 sets between chest and triceps, with 2-3 minute breaks and it takes me about an hour to complete.
But yes, I agree, good poundages..

But yes, I agree, good poundages.. My rest time is under a minute. I would say in-between 30 to 40 seconds. I feel the fatigue, when I get close to my last workout. I just focus. I don't have time to talk to people in the gym. I really don't want to talk to people and waste my time. I just go in push, push, push almost until I drop. every other day I do cardio(jog for 20 minutes.) I was told not to go so heavy every single workout. If I don't go heavy every single time I feel I did not get a good workout.

How long have you been using this type of routine, and do you have any pics, what are your measurements.

I logged it here to try and help myself with a better working program. I feel this routine left me feeling pump and satisfied. (I'm seriously no expert and just trying to learn more everyday) My measurements, I really don't know. I've never measured myself. I could tell you I have a 36 inch waist. some fat around there and doing cardio and stomach workouts for that. I think when my chest was measured for my wedding tuxedo I was in the 55 inches not sure. I need to get some measurements to follow my progress. I just joined a gym 2 and 1/2 months ago. I'm taking some supplements and eating 1.5 grams of protein per lb. In the past I had no sense of good eating.
supplements are: myoplex+ribose+creatine+colostrum+ glutamine with one banana mixed in the blender 2-3 times a day. I have no pictures. I'll work on that. I'm a bit muscular I just hate the belly fat. not much but I think I should be around 32 to 34 inch waist.

Well...In my opinion , unless you have insane genetics..you will soon overtrain on this routine. You shoulndt concern yourself with achieving a pump too much either.

Yes, your CNS(Central Nervous System) can only handle so much stress. Using that much volume and training heavy all the time can be detremental to your gains.
People like Arnold and Ronnie use these high volume routines because they are obviously way above average gentiacally and they are on roids.
There are many different schools of thought on how much volume is really needed, but just as an example, I only use 6-7 total sets a week for my chest. If you like training bodyparts more than once a week, i suggest you check out Hypertrophy-Specific Training HSNHST.com.
You will get away with haphazard training for the first part of your career, but over time you will platuea and stagnate.
