dumbell hammer curls
preacher curls ( machine)

weighted situps ( 10 kg plate )
chest push machine
bench press
incline bench press
day 3
leg machine ( dont know name )
seated pull downs
other leg machine
chinups
i think i got the basics sorted i jujst need to adjust reps sets
any help would be appreciated
