day 1

barbell twists ( my name for something i dont no the name of)
barbell curls
dumbell hammer curls
preacher curls ( machine)


day 2

weighted situps ( 10 kg plate )
chest push machine
bench press
incline bench press

day 3

leg machine ( dont know name )
seated pull downs
other leg machine
chinups

i think i got the basics sorted i jujst need to adjust reps sets

any help would be appreciated

what are your goals.

well actually that workout is crap no matter what your goals. Sorry for being so blunt but its true.

There are much better workouts out there.

I suggest you delete this journal, ask for help in the workout section, then begin a new journal on here.
