bench press/preacher bench

anyone know of any company making a bench that is incline adjustable & has bench press bar holders on one end & either has a preacher attached to the other end or has the square hole where one could be inserted? Thanks

Body by Jake makes one that can be made in to an incline, decline and reg bench. No preacher but the bench is only $70.
-Body by Jake is mostly crap but this is the ONLY thing that is worth is while-
