I'll get to the point quick...A few months back I had a hockey accident which required major surgery...since then, I have lost
25 lbs and a lot of strength and stamina. Last night (4/12/04) was my first night back in the gym. It was a frustrating one after having to take so many steps back, so I am using this site to post my results and keep my hopes alive for a great comeback!

Chest/Tri's
Tuesday:
Back/Bi's
Thursday:
Legs
Friday:
Shoulders
I am currently at about 170lbs and plan to get back to around 200.
