The big brown truck just dropped it off to me. Tomorrow the transformation begins..........

First and foremost I would like to thank Starmark Labs for the opportunity to review their product.

A little about me.

44 years young
228lbs Endomorph
6'1" (yes they stack it that tall)
20.6% Bf measured with calipers (3 point)

Short term goal---17-18% by July

Long term---10-12% for life

I will post before pics tomorrow morning and after pics the day after the review ends.

I have learned that the State University here has two Bod-Pod type bodyfat measuring devises. Tomorrow I am going to see what it takes to get measured. If possible, I will do a before and after BF test to see what actually happened. If not the old measuring tape and caliper method will have to suffice.

45 min treadmill 4.0mph-6.0mph HIIT with varying degrees of incline. Mine is set with a preprogrammed workout that automatically changes speed and incline.

Took the recomended dose of 3 pills this morning at 7:00am

Appitite suppression was good until about 3:00pm and then I felt some hunger setting in. Other than that nothing as far as jitteryness or stomach problems. Did 45 minutes of cardio 4-6 mph at different inclines. My E3000 Nordictrac treadmill is equipped with a programable setting to allow me to tailor settings to my preference.

Lifting this afternoon went like this:
Calf raises--380x10, 410x10, 420x6
Leg extensions--175x10, 185x10, 200x6
Squats--200x5, 200x5, 200x5 (I'm still learning to do these)
Cable crunches--100x25, 100x25
Hanging leg raises--25, 25, 25

I have an appointment to get my body composition tested, with a BodPod, at the university tomorrow morning...I will post before % after.

Ate very well today (isn't always the case with me) Almost forgot to eat lunch today.

Water consumption was 1.5 gallons (normal day for me)

Macro's worked out to 2560kcals on a low carb day

Tomorrow is high carb....yeah! Shoulders and lats

If I have forgot any important stuff, please let me know....I am very new to this logging thing..bear with me...I'll get it right

Day 2


Had an appointment with the lady who tested my bodyfat with a BodPod this morning....Something is up because it states I have a BF of 28.5%......I went to the gym right after to get tested with calipers to check on the accuracy. They did a three site measurement and came up with 20.8%...can it be that much off???????? Can someone please care to take a guess what you think??

Anyway took the three pills this morning at 10:00am after I got back from BF testing and also a drug test for a new job I'm gettting....yeah!!!!!! I only took Liporedux for the one day..I hope nothing shows up on a drug screen..My wife will blow a gasket if I fail this one...

I think I like the 10:00am better because the appitite was a whole lot better. Meals were great and I wasn't hungry all day long. Very good in my book. Like yesterday, no jittery feelings or really anything out of the normal. I don't know if Liporedux is supposed to give you that thermo feeling or not, but to me it doesn't. I'll let one of the reps chime in on that note...

Shoulder and lats for today:

Military press--100x10, 120x10, 130x6

Bent delt raises--25x10, 30x10, 35x9 (that was a first)

Side lateral raises--25x10, 25x10, 25x8

Upright rows--60x10, 70x10, 75x5

40 minutes of cardio to top things off with the Nordictrak

Carb up today...2670 kcals 38/43/19

A little over a gallon of water...friends came over and disrupted thing a little, no worries though.

I am off the weekend as far as lifting is concerned..I will still do cardio both days and still take the Liporedux as recommended.

No problems at all so far and don't really expect any either...will keep you posted.

If I had to take a guess from the pictures you posted, I would guess about 25% BF. Thats right about inbetween the two. Although Calipers are usually more accurate than electronic bodyfat testers so you might want to keep that in mind. Also, with calipers, even if the bodyfat it shows isnt exact, you will still be able to accuratly see how much bodyfat you have lost. That is of course if you measure in the same spot and what not.

There is nothing in Liporedux that will show up on the drug test. You're in the safe zone.

There is nothing in Liporedux that I can see that would give you any thermogenic effects. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe this is correct.

Day 3 of The Journey

Thanx for stopping by Garret..or David?? wondered when one of the reps was going to..

Anyway..took 3 pills this a.m. about 8:00 and started my cardio at 10:00am
Did 40 minutes on the E3000. I varied the incline from 4% to 8% while a fast walking pace of 4.2mph...Kept heart rate in the zone by adjusting %'s

Breakfast of egg whites and oatmeal..yum!..and off to the hunnie-do's
Finished about 1:00pm and appitite is still in check. Promax protien bar and apple for 11:00 am snack, tuna sandwich and pickle for lunch. Going to mother-in-laws for dinner. She knows I'm watching what I eat, so diet will be okay. She's cool, I actually get along with her great.

3:30pm now and I am just now starting to get a little hungry...I wonder if I should take two pills in the morning and another two later in the afternoon if that would be better than all three first thing? Thoughts?

Waist measurement was at 40" around largest part(navel) this morning...would be great to have it at 38" by the end of this review but time will tell.....

Day 4

Desided to change the dosing around a little for better appitite suppression.

Took 2 at 8:00am and waited until 3:00pm to take another 2....reason being I was having some hunger in between meals 4 and 5..this way I will check to see if that cures it. I am happy to say that it has so far. By the time I took the 3:00pm pair, I had no hunger at all. I think I will keep with this scheduale until further notice.....reps are you with me??

Dinner was great at mom-in-laws last night and I am happy to say I was a very good boy with the feeding frenzy that happened. A few more friends showed up and turned into a BBQ....some of these people can eat...alot...

Cardio on the E3000 was good this afternoon after church. 45 minutes at the preset program that I use. I am thinking about upping the intensity as it is getting a little to easy to finish. I am not huffing and puffing like I used to.

Right at a gallon and a half of liquids to day so far and dinner is still on the horizon. Speaking of dinner, BBQ chicken, brocholli and salad w/vinegarette dressing (thats what I'm talking about).

Time to restock on the Whey...anyone got a good suggestion?

Are you buying whey from a store such as VitaminShoppe or online? If online, I would take alook into I-Pro. Google it and youll find the website or just PM me. If you're buying from a store, I would have to believe they would carry Dymatize Elite Whey and/or ON 100% Whey. Both are good choices.

Day 5

Took 2 Liporedux at 8:00am right after breakfast.(oatmeal and eggs)
Worked at finishing the beauty salon we are building. Sure will be glad when this is finally finished...No hunger problems throughout the day at all. Good energy and focus.

Finished work at 2:00pm and took my other 2 Liporedux then. For some odd reason my sleep has been better. I have had a problem with waking up at about 3:00-4:00am and then going back to sleep. Now I am just sleeping until about 6:30am which is about right. Just a coincedence??? Don't know, but I'll definately take it.

Calories worked out to 2386 today and another gallon and a half of water. Temps are breaking into the 90's here lately and water comsumption will go higher I'm sure.

Workout was chest and triceps.....(my favorites)

Flat bench--150x10, 175x8, 185x5
Incline bench--150x6, 160x6, 175x4
Dumbell flyes--25x10, 25x10, 35x7
Close grip flat bench--100x10, 110x7, 120x6

Day 6

2 pills at 7:00am and went to work. I hate climbing into attics full of insulation...up and down ladders all day long today. Came down a little wrong and felt a twing in my left ankle. Felt it best to not do any cardio this evening to be safe...I'm sure it will be better tomorrow.

Ate well...2298 calories and not hungry all day...appetite control very good so far. Temps hit 97 today so water consumption was over 2 gallons...almost didn't seem like enough though.

Got home at 2:00pm and took the second set of Liporedux's

Workout was back and lats:

Bent DB rows--55x10, 75x10, 85x10(PR)
Barbell rows--150x10, 165x10, 175x7
Deadlifts--250x10, 275x10, 300x6
Lat pulldowns--120x10, 130x10, 150x7
Close grip pulldowns--140x10, 150x10, 160x7

Newsflash.....the hard fat around my navel is turning into jelly...yup, it's getting softer..inches have not lowered but fat is definately getting broken down...also am starting to see a vien in my right arm that wasn't there before. Something is happening and I like the looks of it...will keep you abreast on the developments..

Tomorrow is usually a off day, but I have not done bicepts yet and will do those.

I would not say that the feeling is one of not caring about anything, but I do have a sense of "calmness" as it were. It doesn't do the euphoria thing like some other supp stims have done. But that is okay with me. I had a bad time with a few of them and would rather not go through that again. One made me think that everyone was out to get me......BAD!

No, it is a calm feeling and an enjoyable one.......

Day 7

I will take a waist measurement tomorrow morning to guage the first week. Don't have a clue as to what I will find....as soon as I know, you will know.

Regular schedule dosing...2 at 7:30am another two at 3:00pm

Must have drank 3 gallons of water today it seems like...very dehydrated for some reason. Temp was 95'

Caught up on my biceps today.

Alternating DB curls--25x10, 35x8, 35x6
Incline DB curls--25x10, 25x10, 35x6
Hammer curls--25x10, 25x10, 35x9
BB curls--60x10, 70x10, 80x6

35 minutes on the E3000...ankle okay today after a slight whoops from yesterday

I spent most of the day writing a persuasive essay for school...I hate writing!

Calories worked out to 2510...appetite was subdued and a good feeling thoughout the day.

Not much to report...anything you want to know...just shout

Yo! Looking good so far. I haven't noticed too much appetite supression as of yet (only one day really), but I'm also transitioning to keto, so my diet's a little off.

Day 8

Waist measurement at navel this morning before breakfast was at 39.75..
dropped a quarter of an inch...not much but a loss none the less....I'm happy and thats all that counts I guess

Legs today:
Calf raises--380x10, 410x10, 420x6
Leg extensions--180x10, 190x10, 200x6
Squats--200x5, 200x5, 200x5 (I'm getting better at these)
Cable crunches--100x25, 100x25
Hanging leg raises--25, 25, 25

Lifts are staying the same if not better. Good to know that there is no muscle loss so far---hopefully ever...

Calories was good at 2490and at least 2 gallons of water. Temps was 92'

35 minutes on the E3000...screen showed 280 calories and 42 carbs burned

Pill popping schedule the same..2x 7:30 and 2x 3:30

Same feeling as before, nothing bad to report just a nice tone to the day

Day 9

Did not lift at all today as my daughter has a school carnival and I was one of the dads that set it up. Today was to be shoulders and I will do those tomorrow on my off day.

I did take the 2x doses of Liporedux---7:30am and 3:30pm Works very well for me as I have no hunger at all during the day...Not really feeling the effects like I should though. Wonder if I need to up the count to 3 pills twice a day. Label says I can....think I might and monitor the feeling from then

35 minutes on the treadmill...felt great after that.

2605 calories today along with 2 gallons of water

My love handles are getting softer than before. Hope it is the fat starting to break up. Area around the navel is just like jello and very mushy.

With a caliper test, I am down another 2mm on the thighs and chest.

Current readings are 18mm chest, 28mm abs, and 14mm thighs...should give me a BF of 19.5%.......If this loose skin would just tighten up and go away I bet some muscle would show through

Day 11

Saturday went something like this:

2590 calories and 2 gallons of water while doing yard work. Normal doses at 7:30 and 3:30 like usual...Felt great and no problems will this supp at all. Nice stuff to take if you are tired of stims with negative effects.

Lifted good
Upright press--100x10, 120x10, 130x6

Bent raises--25x10, 30x10, 35x9

Side raises--25x10, 25x10, 25x8

Upright rows--60x10, 70x10, 75x5

Wide grip pulldowns--110x10, 120x10, 140x8

Closegrip pulldowns--100x10, 110x10, 120x8

40 minutes of cardio 308 cals and 49 carbs burned

I am going to up the dose to 3x pills 2x a day to see if the efects are any different starting Wed. That will be two weeks into this log.

So far I have liked the results and look forward to kicking it up a notch..

So you're not feeling any thermogenic affects...because I'm sweating like a fiend...quite odd. Maybe it's because I'm finally putting my ass back on the treadmill :)

I'm not getting that euphoric feeling at all though...a lot of focus though. Appetite supression is pretty decent actually!

That euphoric feeling never really was there for me....I don't know if my tollerance for that is high or what, but few stimulants get me that way.

Appetite suppression has been good through the whole time..granted I needed to up the pill count..but good none the less

Focus is good also and never has been a problem......good stuff

Way to go!....my weight is staying the same. I think I need to cut the calories some more. I am comfortable at 2400-2600 and not hungry at all during the day. Starting tomorrow I will shoot for 2100-2300 and see how it goes.

Day 13

I also upped the dose to 3 pills in morning and 3 in the afternoon. Per directions, that is okay. Took the first 3 at 7:30am and went to the garage to lift at 10:00...I don't know what happened but I was sweating like a pig(well not really..a pig doesn't sweat) but you know what I mean. That was the first time in almost two weeks. Normally it doesn't make me sweat that much, but today...wow!

This morning was chest and tri's..

Flat bench--150x10, 175x8, 185x5
Incline bench--150x6, 165x6, 175x4
Dumbell flyes--25x10, 30x10, 35x7
Close grip flat bench--100x10, 110x7, 120x6

Off day today..which is good because the shoulders are hurting a little.

3x@7:30 and 3x@3:30 2 gallons of water 2240 calories

I could finally zip up a pair of 33 waist jeans that I bought long ago...Still a little tight but progress still.

Weighed in at 226 this morning....2 pounds less than started with...

Also the waist measured 39.50"...1/2" less than starting point...

This stuff is working.....BF going down and lifting is staying the same or improving

Will update tonight after work and garage gym...I'm stoked

Suppose to be in the 100s by next weekend......I love it

had a pot luck at my daughters school tonight so I am not to sure of the calories, but I am sure that I had some grilled chicken, brown rice and a veggie salad...what ever that worked out to...No dessert..Proud of myself!!

Energy was good and appetite was subdued all day. The 3:30pm time frame is working great for hunger suppression.

Mood was normal...no swings..just a nice feeling

Cardio consisted of 35 minutes on the treadmill...287 calories and 37 carbs burned so the display tells me...

So far, so good......

I would say you definitely should be feeling a thermogenic effect. Caffeine is a well-known themogenic, for one. And green tea (or specifically EGCG) is classified as a thermogenic because of its COMT-inhibiting ability [Shixian 2006].

That said, I am really impressed with how the appetite suppression is treating you. Almost forgot lunch? That speaks volumes for the efficacy of the formula. Training/cardio are looking good to me. Keep this up.

Damn! I can't even get through one cup of coffee (don't like the taste :p). 12 cups of coffee sounds insane though.

On to Liporedux...

Day 21..

I am almost out of pills....If I counted right, Friday will be my last day. I need to set an appointment with the lady who tested me with the BodPod the last time to do a followup test to see results.

The few days I was away, I was a very good boy and ate clean for being out of town. I still took my pills during those days and actually got to work out some as the hotel had a fitness center.

Granted the weights were different and I cannot tell you what I did as they only had a few exercises. None the less I did work out and I am proud of my self for doing so.

I will do the last set of measurements w/calipers and tape on saturday morning. Pics will follow the same day. I will also give my finally analysis of the product then.
