What does your bulking diet look like Dereck??? Im in need of a bulking diet. Im 25 male 6'0 155 pounds. I workout out in the afternoons and im somewhat an ectomorph bodytype.

Basically same as my cutting but more high carb days.

hi derek, i'm done with my ckd diet.
Now i am planning on a bulking diet, u were saying to carb cycle but with more high carbs day, do you stil hav any NO carbs day when bulking? if so, how many?
care to give an example of yr NO/MED/High carbs scehdule?

I would assume that you would go about 500-600 cals above maintence on the high carb days and exactly what day would you incorprate a cheat day or cheat meal. ONe of your high carb days or move a high carb day to a weekend where you would mostly likely cheat on? Just wondering.

Derek, I am considering carb cycling in my next bulk. And also using leptigen mass. I just wanted you to double check my cycling, and corresponding leptigen dosages.
Mon-High carb/Upper body/1 serving LM
Tue-No carb/no workout/3 servings LM
Wed-High carb/Lower body/1 serving LM
Thu-High carb/Upper body/1 serving LM
Fri-Low carb/no workout/2 sevvings LM
Sat-High carb/Lower body/1 servung LM
Sun-Low carb/no workout/2 servings of LM
Questions...
1. Am I using the correct amount of leptigen on each day?
2. Is my cycling layout acceptable?

That looks like an awesome set up!
On your no carb day, take a serving of LG mass first thing in the morning, midday, and before bed.
