In my 8th week of Max-ot. Great program so far. Being distracted by serious domistic sh#t and beginning to lose focus. It's a real battle at times. I will acomplish this goal and I will show in Sept. My biggest battle is my eating habits. With this outside distraction it is affecting my diet. When stressed I don't eat. I try to play catch up at the end of the day but that's stupid. I find myself slammin down protine shakes to supplement soilds, but that's what is working for me right now. Everyday I face this same challange. I'm also seeing loss of some weight. Have dropped 5 lbs. Didn't even come close to my mass gain goal of 195. Made it to 180 but now at 175.

You bet there has been results.
Age 54
Weight now 175 (was 152)
Small Frame
Height 5'5" (Vertically Challenged)

Started Max-OT, now in 8th week. Body fat at start 18%
Yesterday 13.7%

Lift gains from what I was lifting since start
Bench + 80 lbs
Squat +150 lbs
Leg Press +180
Calf Raise + 200 lbs
Seated Calf Raise + 90 lbs
Incline Press + 70 lbs
Crushers + 45 Lbs
Pulldowns + 100 lbs
Lat Pulldowns + 90 lbs
Seated Rows + 90 lbs
Deadlift + 155 lbs
DB Press + 35 lbs
BB Shrugs + 100 lbs
DB Shrugs + 40 lbs
Mil Press + 65 lbs
Seated Rows + 90 lbs

I could go on but I just want to show people the gains made by following this program. It did prove a fact to me which is Less is Best (time in the gym).

Last night was Shoulders and Traps. This is a shorter routine than the rest. Had failure on DB seated presses but made everything else. I didn't eat well yesterday and could feel it at the gym no doubt. Today is a better day. Leggs tonight.

Were you a beginner when you started the program or an experienced lifter?

I'm in my 2nd week of Max O/T and I too am trying to shed fat and increase strength. Hope I see similar results.

I had been lifting for about a year. The prob was I was overtraining, thus no real gains. I was turned on to MAX-OT and off I went.
