here is my current split
monday- back tris
tuesday- shoulders traps
wednesday- cardio
thursday- legs
friday- chest bis
im about 6 foot 200 pounds 18 years old ill post later today after my workout.

Looks like a pretty cool split. How long have you been lifting weihts for?

Today was a good day i think i couldve gotten more on a lot of things.
Back Tris
Bent over rows-
8- 135 8- 155 8- 165 8- 175
Reverse grip lat pulldowns-
8- 120 8- 150 8- 150 8- 175
DB rows-
8- 75 8- 80 8- 80 8- 85
Cable rows-
8- 130 8- 140 8- 140 8- 150
Decline skullcrushers-
8- 65 8- 70 8- 75 8- 75
Pulldowns-
8- 70 8- 80 6- 80
I always do one more tri but not today
Think im doing too many rows

I am also currently cutting i dont have a specific diet but i try to keep my protein high and my carbs low.
Supplements include protein ZMA animal pak and stacker 2.
Cutting until about june then bulking again.

i also did 20 minutes on an elliptical machine and abs i am upping my cardio to four times a week

Good workout, next time, make sure you get 100% out of yourself. If you didnt add enough weight to fail at 8 reps, put more on until you can get all 3-4 sets to be good.
Two years, is a pretty long time. Ive only been lifting for 3 months bb style, but I definately will keep doing it. Im movign on to a cutting cycle, starting next week (see sig)
What kind of routines have you tried in the past? Have you done only basic stuff, or have you tried stuff like HST?

dont ppl usually do back/biceps and chest with triceps

usually my bis r sore after back so i do tris and same with chest.
actually its pretty common of people to do back tris chest bis

Arnold presses can be hard on your rotator cuffs. Would you consider military presses or push presses instead?
Are the plate raises to the front?

i do push press sometimes but arnold press is my favorite. they dont bother me but maybe they will later

You might not want to train muscles near the tatoo because of the shortening and lengthening of the skin. You could mess it up.
Btw, for leg presses, are those plates per side, or plates total? Just wondering

thats plates per side i use light weight on those raelly because its directly after i do squats
and for the tattoo yeah im a little worried about streching it out so i might hold off on arms for awhile
