Hey everyone,

I have a question...wasn't sure where to post it, but this forum made the most sense.

I am trying out for the fire department here. Tomorrow is my physical test. I've been training for it so I think I'll be ready.

Is there any "night-before" and "morning of" nutrition that I should adhere to?

My test is at 11:00AM tomorrow.

You should eat very balanced meals that include plenty of low-glycemic carbohyrates to sustain energy during such athletic tests. Eggs with oatmeal and fruit should do the trick. I'd keep some gatorade or sports drink on hand too just in case you need some extra energy in a pinch.
