I was reading that 2-3 days out i should drop my sodium intake to around 500mgs. Is that Correct? Also i would like to know what type of food i should be eating to stay below that mark. I'm looking at my Tuna packs and Cans of Chicken and eating 1 of each will put me over that mark. Would eating dry grilled chicken, or grilled fish help. Also was thinking about dry salads. What kind of meals to you recommend for me. Thanks a lot!
