Hello All,
Just a quick note to say hi to everyone im new around here! Ive always had quite good abs thanks to being skinny (185cm tall, 65kgs) but i think its time to try and bulk up the rest of me. Ill be getting a digicam soon so ill be able to post some pics.

Just wanted to say that everyone seems very helpful and this place is a great source of motivation!

Could somebody tell me how tall he is? I don't feel like doing the conversion to feet.

Could you post the routine you plan on using?

Sorry Heisman i overstated my height a little - im just under 6'.

Ive never stuck with a real routine, currently here is what it is:

(Abs - Monday to Friday Mornings (differing routines))

Monday
Bench Press - 65kg - 5sets 8-10reps
L - Fly - 15kg - 3sets 8-10reps
Tricep Extension? - 20kg - 3sets 8-10reps (per arm)

Wednesday
Dumbell Curls - 17.5kg - 5sets 8-10reps (per arm)
Barbell Curls - 37.5kg - 2sets 8-10reps

Saturday
Bench Press - 65kg - 5sets 8-10reps
Weighted Situps/Crunches/Leg Raises.

This routine may seem small but between working and going to uni its about all i can fit in... Any advice welcome!
