im just wondering if this is enough cardio to lose fat with.

Tuesday. 12 minutes on treadmill. (1 minute jog, 40 second sprint for 10 minutes, then 30 second jog, 30 second sprint.)
Wednesday. Basketball for 45minutes
Saturday. Basketball for 45minutes
Sunday. Basketball for 45 minutes.

they are all rest days, except the Tuesday session which is right after Chest/Tri's.

Is that enough cardio to lose some fat??
I know you cant bulk and lose fat at the same time, but thats not what im asking. can you lose fat by doing that much cardio each week?

sounds good to me try to do 30 mins on the tread mill **** the sprinting and joggin ****
