My wife was to do weightlifting, the problem is shes had rotator cuff surg. and has a bad hip and knee. She wants to loose weight and goes walking but wants to do weights too. What would be the best routine to not nag those joints we've tried the 3 sets of 10 with moderate weight but the knee and shoulder would get sore here and there (putting her off training). I was thinking really light weight with very high reps, like 20-30 a set just to get the joints use to moving. Any ideas?
