Advanced Adaptogenic Muscle Building Solution!
Amplitude takes building lean muscle mass in a new direction by augmenting body composition with its pro-anabolic non-hormonal adaptogenic formula. When an internal or external stressor is present, Amplitude helps overcome its imposed demand by amplifying the rate at which the body adapts, returning it to a state of balance faster. This means athletes can experience enhanced performance levels, shortened recovery times, and improved rates of muscle growth when exposed to stressors like resistance training.
The term adaptogen refers to a natural herbal product that increases the body's resistance to stresses. To be considered an adaptogen, plant extracts have to meet three key criteria. First, they have to produce a non-specific response against multiple stressors simultaneously, physical, chemical, or biological. Second, they have to produce a normalizing effect on physiology without regard to physiological norms caused by the stressor. And lastly, they must be incapable of influencing normal body functions more than required to gain resistance to a stressor.
Amplitude was specifically designed for:
Modulating Hormone Levels
Enhancing Protein Synthesis
Boosting Immune Response
Increasing Endurance
Stimulating Metabolism
Increasing Energy Levels
Maintaining Blood Sugar levels already in normal range
Maintaining Healthy Libido
Promoting Feeling of Wellness
Improving Body Composition
Amplitude delivers in ways other adaptogenic products simply can't. That's because it utilizes several vital adaptogenic ingredients in the proper ratios necessary to achieve the full anabolic/anticatabolic benefits only this type of product can provide. We first started by including a super refined extract of Rhaponticum Carthamoides (RC) standardized for Ecdysterones. This form of Ecdysterone has been shown to be the most effective at improving nitrogen retention, increasing protein synthesis while also enhancing strength and endurance levels in athletes.
To complement the effects of RC, Rhodiola Rosea standardized for Rosavins offers a synergistic boost to adaptogenic properties of the Ecdysterone it provides. Rhodiola has been shown to improve the neurological functions of dealing with stress by stimulating the release of neurotransmitters norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin while moderately stimulating the release of endorphins that support mood. This effectively improves the resistance to the effects of stress.
The addition of Ashwagandha provides extra support as a mood-stabilizer that also helps to support healthy immune system function. It's standardized for withanolides, which have been shown to improve the body's ability to maintain physical effort and helps the body adapt to various types of stress. Ashwagandha is a rejuvenative that helps maintain proper nourishment of the tissues, particularly muscle and bone, while supporting the proper function of the adrenals. Ashwagandha is definitely unique herb with its anti-stress adaptogenic effects that leads to improved physical performance levels while helping alleviate the daily stresses in life.
The final adaptogenic component, but possibly the most significant is our high potency extract of Macamide processed from Lepidium Meyenii. Macamide is a powerful adaptogen that has the ability to balance and stabilize the systems of the body when exposed to physical and/or emotional stress. Macamide is also highly effective at normalizing steroid hormones such as testosterone, progesterone and estrogen while upregulating various growth factors within the body. But the benefits do not stop there; Macamide also boosts energy levels, controls blood sugar fluctuations while increasing mental clarity.
To help improve oral bioavailability Amplitude includes an extract of Piperine from Piper Nigrum. Piperine enables a more efficient absorption of needed or targeted nutrients during the digestive process. It dramatically increases the absorption of certain vitamins and minerals while assisting natural thermogenic activities.
By now you can see how the advanced adaptogenic makeup of Amplitude allows the body to maintain balance and control in any state. Whether performing resistance-training exercises in a gym or running a marathon, Amplitude? will amplify the adaptations required to succeed! For the ultimate adaptogenic muscle-building matrix, look no further than Amplitude?.

Felt very good today! The workout went very well, felt very energenic. I threw in some ab work even though I usually dont do abs til my offdays, because I felt like I still had a lot left in me. Too early to see any effects from the Amplitude, but nonetheless, it was a solid day at the gym.
** I did seem to notice that I had an increase in vascularity in both of my forearms. Saw some veins that i've never seen before. Not sure if thats directly related to the Amplitude, but we'll see if that continues.
This is going to a very stressful week for me (Semester Finals) so i'll def be looking forward to hitting the gym hard this week to relieve some of the stress :)

Still a little early to determine any effects from taking Amplitude, but I am definately looking forward to the weeks to come!

Overview:
Well it's been 5 days since I first started Amplitude, and so far I have not really noticed any gains in strength or appearance. What I have noticed, however, is that it feels as though I have more energy and endurance during my workouts, which is always a good feeling!
I'm currently going through some major DOMS in my back from tuesday :( , so hopefully that will pass shortly. I didnt get as good as a leg workout as I would have hoped because of this. My plan for this weekend is to just maintain my diet, and get some much needed rest and recovery after this stressful week of finals!

Overview:
Well it's been a full week since I started Amplitude, and thus far, I must say that I am truly impressed. For the first week, my calorie intake was ~3k/day. Since Day1 I've put on .6lbs -- My goal for week 2 is to up my calories to 3500-4k/Day and be up to 169lbs by the end of the week.
Nearly every lift in my chest routine went up, which I was very surprised with, during my workout I almost felt as if I could have done even more. The only lift that I felt a little weak on was my military press, it was as if my tri's were just gased out after working my chest, but no complaints, I got an awesome pump in my shoulders that I can still feel as I type this out. :)
Up to now, I am very happy with the results. Can't wait to get back in the gym tomorrow and see if I can't beat last weeks lifts ;)

Thanks jcb, yea last week i was only taking in around 500-700 calories above maintenance. For this week, I'm going to up the calories to 1k-1.5k above maintenance and hopefully i'll see a little more drastic results. :)

My main focus for this week (other than training) is to really bump my calorie intake up! Today I was up .8lbs from yesterday, so I hope to continue that -- with a clean diet of course ;) Also, at the end of this week will mark the halfway point of the cycle, so I'm hoping to get some pictures up for you guys to compare with my starting pics. (prob not too much of a dif, but we'll see :) )

I had to move my workout into the morning because of a doctor's appointment, and I'm definately not a morning person, so I thought working out in the morning was going to be hell! But to my surprise, I felt wide awake when I stepped foot into the gym; my focus was there, energy was up, and I felt like I had the endurance to lift all day -- Everything felt great! Today was the end of my 2nd week of working out. Arms felt very pumped this workout! Strength went up in most of my tricep lifts, very happy about that :)! My vascularity seemed to be greater than usual, not sure if thats actually from Amplitude or not, but it's definately something that I've noticed from day-to-day. Pump was unreal after completing this workout, felt awesome!
My weight seems to be on track with my goal of 1lb per week.. I weighed-in at 168 at the beginning of this week, and today I was 0.1lb shy of making my goal of 169.0lbs -- All in all, I am so far very pleased with my results. I'll try to get some mid-way cycle pictures up asap aswell, so yall can compare my physical appearence!

Todays workout felt solid even though I went damn early (not a morning person) lol. My strength always seems to be going down by the time I get to shoulders, particularly in my military press. So I may need to switch up my routine to adjust to that. Other than that, my other lifts are still going up for the most part each week!
My calorie intake for this week will remain at 3500-4k per day. I'm hoping to continue gaining 1lb/week, so hopefully I'll reach 170+ by friday :)

I tried to doing DBs for a bit, but my shoulders kept popping and I did not like that.

Well I used to do BB Flat/Decline bench all the time...about a week or so before starting this log, I hit a plateau, so I figured I'd try to switch it up and go to DBs to see if that would help me with some strength gains.
In a few weeks I'll switch back to BB and see if that helped me break the plateau.

Ok well today was a little frustrating, lol. I had to go very light on most lifts and I even replaced Deadlifts with hyperextensions (which I hate doing lol). But I have a wakeboarding trip planned in a couple days (don't worry I wont be gone too long ;)) so I can't really afford being sore. However, even going light with the weights, I still managed to get a decent workout and a solid pump!
My weight is still steadily rising, so I believe that is the most noticeable difference while on Amplitude. Still got awhile left on the cycle, so I'm going to up my calories even more in hopes to see more gains as I continue.

Hey thanks mike! My strength has steadily gone up on most lifts each week, primarily in my DB bench. Weight has also steadily gone up, as of now im averaging about ~1lb a week (which was my goal). I havn't measured my waistline in a while, so im not sure if i've actually lost fat, but judging from appearence it looks like ive skimmed some BF off in the process! :)
Hopefully you'll be able to tell a dif when i post up after pics at the end of this log!
Nice log. I'm wondering, how much protein are you taking in daily?
Thanks bro, Currently i am taking in roughly 200g of protein at about 3500-4k cals a day. I do my best to keep it close to 40/40/20 ~ but each day is a little dif. I dont like having set meals each day, i have to switch things up or i'll get sick of it lol.
EDIT ** congrats to both of you on becoming Reps for Neogenix!

Overview:
Today felt awesome to get back in the gym after a long bday weekend! ;) I figured my strength/weight would have gone down after the break because my diet wasn't as clean and I was unable to workout (celebrated a little too hard lol). But to my surprise weight finally broke past 170 and I managed to maintain and even up my strength on a couple exercises.
The workout seemed to fly by today, I had tons of energy and an insame pump! Im still noticing increased vascularity which is awesome! I havn't measured my BF% so i dont know for sure, but based off appearence alone, it looks like I've cut down a little bf while still packing on the weight :) -- can't complain there!

Thanks! The macros, including protein, look good for your weight. I'm the exact same way about planning meals. I don't like to be locked in by something I wrote down on paper a week ago. I make sure I'm getting what I need, but often I don't know exactly what I will be cooking for dinner until about five minutes beforehand. I try to keep plenty of options in the freezer though.

Day 25 ~ 170.0Lbs
The Workout: Back, Traps (Weight +/- from previous week)
Back
Dead Lifts 185x10 205x10 225x10
Wide Grip Pullups BWx10 BWx8 BWx6
Lat Pulldowns 140x15 150x10 160x8

Traps
Cable Shrugs 140x12 140x12 140x12
Overview:
Today was another good back workout! Felt very focused and energized -- probably one of my quicker workouts because I had so much energy and endurance, I just went from exercise to exercise with little rest in between lol. Other than that, everything felt normal. Most of my lifts stayed the same as far as strength, Im doing a lot of volume with my rep scheme, so next week im going to lower the reps and up the weight. Being my last week on Amplitude, i figure i should go for some new PR's ;)
Alright well im headin out, tomorrow i got legs so i'll update more then...and At the end of next week you can expect some after pics and hopefully some newly set PR's
Im almost all out of Amplitude, its quite depressing, lol

Looking forward to seeing the progress you've made. Good luck hitting those PR's as well....looks like the lifts are going up. It also looks like you've gone up 4 lbs.in bodyweight since the start of this log. Do you feel like you've mostly added some lean mass in the process?

Yesterday (friday) was leg day, didnt get a chance to update so im doing it now. It was an awesome leg workout, I am def feeling it today! Few exercises went up in weight but so far I have just been adding in alot of volume to each workout. As I said b4, next week I will go for my 1RM and hopefully set a few PRs. My weight is still on the rise, now at 170.3lbs :) so I'm very happy about that. Okay, well im off, I'll see yall next week for the final results/pics/updates of my Amplitude experience ;)

For the most part, I would have to say it's been mostly lean mass. I dont have an accurate way of measuring my BF, but based off appearence/waist size, I think the fat gains were minimal. :)

Day 30 ~ 171.2Lbs
The Workout: The BIG 3, Max-out! (Weight +/- from previous week)
1RM, Ramping Weight
Bench 135x6 185x2 225x1 255x1
Squats 185x6 225x6 295x2 315x1
DeadLift 135x8 225x5 275x2 295x1
Overview:
Okay, finally got around to adding in this last workout! This was officially my last day on Amplitude and let me tell you, I was thouroughly impressed with the results!! My beginning weight was 167.4Lbs and in 1 month I am up to 171.2Lbs, +5.8lbs, ~1.45lbs/week. All 3 lifts are up from my previous 1RM. I added +5lbs to my bench (Previous PR = 250lbs), +20lbs to my squat (Previous PR = 295lbs), and +20lbs to my deadlift (Previous PR = 275lbs).
I felt like I could squat more had I ramped up the weight a little differently (I attempted 325 after I did 315 but didnt get full ROM) Bench has always been one of my weaknesses it seems, I find it hard to move up the weight each week, so the +5lbs is def an improvement! All-in-all, I really enjoyed Amplitude and the gains I have received as a result of taking it!
I will post up my Final thoughts and a Full review of Amplitude in a couple of days, along with some before and after photo comparisons.
Thanks Neogenix, for letting me test and log Amplitude! It's been a pleasure!
