I've transitioned to real food meals, 6 per day, except for pre and post workout...Please critique...

Pre: 8 oz Gatorade w/ 1 scoop ON Whey, 5gr Glutamine
Ripped Fuel

Post: Shake: 4oz Skim Milk, 8oz water, 1 scoop ON Whey, 1/2 scoop egg protein, 5gr glutamine, 5 gr creatine, 1/2 apple, 1 banana, 4 strawberries, 1tbl Flax oil.

My training partner thought I may be havng too many sugars post workout...thank you for your thoughts.

take the banana out of the postworkout shake to limit some of that total fructose. If you still want the same number of carbs postworkout, then replace the banana with 30g dextrose.

Fructose refills liver glycogen so keep it somewhat limited compared to glucose. :)
