OK,
I'M A MOM OF 4 AND 35 YEARS OLD, 5'4" AND 154 LBS. MY GOAL IS TO LOSE ABOUT 25 LBS OF FAT AND I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT AN ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF MUSCLE GAIN WOULD BE FOR ME. I WANT TO BE FIT BUT NOT THE FEMALE ARNOLD! NEVER BEEN ON A BODY BUILDING REGIMENT BEFORE SO I'M SORT OF CLUELESS AT THIS POINT. HAVE BEEN ON BODY FOR LIFE WITH GOOD RESULTS BUT NOW I WANT TO BE PHYSICALLY SERIOUS. ANY SUGGESTION, SITES ETC?
