Ah Legs Day. Starting to love legs day. There's nothing like the feeling of barely being able to walk afterward. I use to dread legs day or at least i wasnt motavated to do them. But now, im really getting into them.

It's good to see another journal. I don't know exactly what gluten is. Can you eat meat? Also could you post your routine?
P.S. I love your name. :D

Gluten is a protein in wheat. I have a bunch of unwanted symptoms when i eat something that has it. So i need to read the labels and know all the altenative forms of it.
My Routine,
The gym/exercise room i use is limited with exercises and weight. The DB's only go to 50's. I donated my 75's so i can bench with. And the machine weights only go to 200lbs. there are no olympic weights at all or squat rack. So im limited to leg extensions and 2 forms of leg curls for legs.
Leg entensions
10x140lbs
10x170lbs
10x200lbs
Lying leg curls
10x110lbs
7x130lbs
6x150lbs
I also did 9 minutes of the treadmill @ 7.5mph before and 9 minutes of stationary bike after.
Im glad you like my username...

Would it be possible to join a different gym so you can squat and deadlift?
