Has anyone tried coconut oil for fat loading? It's supposed to be easily digested and aparrently doesn't store in the body as fat, and actually is supposed to be quite good for you????

Saturated fat is preferable for fat loading anyway.

Good to know. Sounds like it would be good thing to use then.

Sounds like it would be a good choice then but too bad I don't have the time to do a test run, I just thought of it last week and I'm competing Saturday. I'll take my chances and hope for the best, so after I cut my water Friday about mid-day I'll start fat loading with it. I've taken it in the past and haven't had any trouble at all with getting the ****s or anything but obviously I've never tried to take in so much as what I will when I start fat loading, so we'll see and I'll keep y'all updated on how I find it to work. From what I researched online the key thing is to get a high quality of coconut oil, virgin and not processed with heat or chemicals as that destroys all the beneficial properties of it and aparently cheap quality coconut oils sometimes is actually diluted with other types of oils like corn or canola oil.
