Crohns Disease & Anabolic Steroids?

hello, my goal is to start competing in bodybuilding, but i got a delema. i have crohns and my gastroenterologists say anabolic steroids might flare my disease up. there have also been ppl that say they tried it and it flared them up bad. then there have been some that do cycles and are fine afterwards. pro bodybuilder Mike Fransou (spellt it wrong) has crohns, and so did peter neilsen (won mr universe in 1985) and they are fine. Flex wheeler has colitis, which is very similar, and he is fine (besides his liver as of the moment). so i would really appreciate if anyone has any info they could share with me here or through private message, or if you want my email address just ask. thanks everyone.

Not sure about what it would do to you as each person is different. Please remember that many of the famous bodybuilders also have the ability to use massive quantities of steroids and still have functioning organs. It is only because their bodies can process more than the average person that they have had such gains. I would check out steroidology.com and ask in their forums
