if your going to start taking supplements for muscle gain first get a free sample of it to make sure it works for you everyones body is different and some supplements will work for some people and not work for others thats why you should order a free sample of it before buying a over priced bottle i found a business that gives away free trial samples of any supplement all you have to do is pay for shipping from $0.99-$6.95 and you will get a free trial sample of the product. you can order online at freesupplementfinder.com

Muscle kicks ass!!

I'm currently18 years old at 6'3, 200 pounds, trying to gain at least 20 pounds in the next 4-5 months. I was considering taking HMG by ACL (nutritionarsenal.com:80/American-Cellular-Labs-HMG-Xtreme-90-capsules-P68.aspx), stacked with Ah-89, Estro, and Livr, all by the same company. Would anybody recommend this? I would also like a large increase in strength.

Well, I am looking forward to test this product. I love the sport, am currently using zero supplements of any kind and am following a 4 day split workout eating basic meats brown rice and unprocessed foods for the most part. Summer is coming up and I love my beer but I know I have 30lbs to lose.

In recent months, this board has blown up in terms of users testing new products provided by supplement companies. While we have already debated the upside (more reviews, impressions on products before release date, great opportunities for knowledgeable and hard working board members) and downside (constant bickering and whining, increased commercialism/pimping) to this influx, there are other issues at hand that I feel need to be addressed.

1. If you are chosen to be a product reviewer, it is your responsibility to the forum and to the providing company to keep up with your log. Some products lend themselves to regular updates more than others, true (ie, prohormones), but just because the day-to-day effects may be small doesn't mean that you shouldn't at least post impressions twice a week.

2. Eliminate variables. How are we to know how a product is working if you simultaneously up your caloric intake, change your training style, add a few days of rec basketball a week, and stack it with the brand new Product XYZ you have been dying to use. Hold off on any new supplementation, diet changes, or exercise changes until after your trial is complete.

3. Along the same lines, if you already have products lined up to review, don't go out of your way to get more. While the prospect of "freebies" is enticing, especially for those strapped for cash, keep in mind that: 1) there are other deserving individuals out there who have yet to get a product to test, 2) you should only test one product at a time, and 3) it is not fair to the community or the providing company if you have to wait 4+ weeks to legitimately review the product.

4. Keep your reviews as objective as possible. There is always the urge to pimp a product because you believe the hype or because you want to "thank" the providing company by making their product out to be the next creatine. Go into it as if you bought the product yourself and never read all of the inflated claims that came with it. Biased reviews do nothing for the community.

I am sure there are other points to be made. If you think of any, feel free to add them. Hopefully this thread will stay bumped for at least a few days so people will have the chance to read it before it drifts into obscurity with 30000 N-Large and Cell-Tech threads.
Glad this made it back to the top. It has some good advice, even for me:

I realize that recently I have violated my own rule concerning overlapping testing, and I confess. However, as explained in another thread, briefly overlapping the product I am currently reviewing with a product I will be reviewing in a week's time (LipoBurn - localized/topical fatloss agent and NO-Xplode - pre-workout creatine+NO+stimulants) should not be a problem. CEX + NO-Xplode or any fatloss product + LipoBurn I could see issues with. I most certainly took this into consideration before looking into NO-Xplode usage. Note that all other variables are being held constant (training, diet, basic supplements), and as I have yet to receive NO-Xplode, there is still the chance that there will be no overlapping whatsoever.

In nearly any other situation, overlapping products is a bad idea; thes products are in such different realms of the supplement world, however, that I believe their effects on my body should be independent.

Still, for everyone out there who wants a chance to take shots at me, though, it looks like this is a valid opportunity. :(,hi i asking is SNI pro whey is dangerous to drink bcoz it contain sucralose???PLz help

steroid-club.com = scammers.. they won't send you exactly what you ordered, and the product isn't packaged well enough to arrive in one piece. after that, "scott" will not respond to emails, and he won't resend or refund. good way to throw your money out.

I'm bout to to be 19 and I've played sports and have worked out all my life. Now I'm just going to school and work and trying to just get big in pure muscle. I'm taking BSN N.O.-xplode for my pre workout then after I take BSN True-mass. I've already gone through both of em and noticed I got a little bit bigger but not a whole lot. Im just wondering if I should keep doing what I'm doing or if there is a more effective products or product out there that could really get me big?

I agree. This is huge.

Before and after stats for the big 3 as well:

- 1RM Squat
- 1RM Deadlift
- 1RM Bench

Just commenting but I feel alot of lifters prefer not to use 1RM's at all due to the affects and possible injuries! This might explain why your not seeing them in reviews.

I think you should stick to these products, just make sure you eat a lot of good calories and often and you will get bigger in a nice way! I wouldnt go for mass gainers, you would put a lot of unecessary fat in my opinion :)

Hey guys, I just got a shipment from supplement warehouse and they LOVE to give free samples and we all like to try new stuff (and get informed on new stuff) so heres a few pre workouts that I'll be documenting over the next 2 or 3 weeks.

First of all, I'm lifting to cut up and some size since we all dont lift the same, these opinions are mine and if they do not reflect yours, go ahead and say so!

Second, along with these pre-workouts my stack is Testabolan V2 and TT-33 from IForce nutrition, a thistle milk supp., a generic "energy" multivitamin (loaded with B-6, B-12), BCAA + Creatine from optimum nutrition (during lifts)

the products I'll be reviewing are:

-Cloma Pharma Methyldrene, ATP
-(Creatine Monohydrate, a few aminos, Beta-Alanine, caffeine, and DMAE)
-Controlled Labs White Flood
-(Arginine and Ornithine AKGs, beta-alanine, and a proprietary blend)
-Gaspari Nutrition Super Pump 250
-(Their own proprietary blend, but its mainly creatine, No2 complex, and a whole mess of aminos)
- Muscle Gauge Nutition Massive Growth
-( Beta alanine, creatine, caffeine, DMAE, and a couple aminos but not many)

If you have others or input, feel free to post

dballard1215
06-03-2011, 04:39 PM
first up: Cloma Pharma Methyldrene, ATP

Took 12gs of it 30 min. before lift. Got me feeling jittery after about 20min. The buzz factor on this is pretty strong, but the pumps were great. Stamina wasnt bad (a little more than without a preworkout), but I really felt like I was attacking my lifts and thats a great feeling. Also, back&bis were a little sore from the day before and that went right away as soon as it kicked in. Sweat ALOT. I found my mind was in it longer than my muscles were, which enabled me to finish strong and finish with ~10min jumprope (im usually SPENT after a lift). Crash is severe mentally, and no problem sleeping at the end of the day.

taste: fine, it was "tropical ice"

overall, a 8.5/10. I loved the serving size (6gs, but the packet was 12) so i wouldnt feel like I was wasting money, overall a pretty good preworkout. I recommend giving it a try

Hey can anyone help me I am wondering on when I should start to feel or see come change with the product p6 I have taken it for about 2 weeks now and like every other product or tried I havent felt anything or seen anything....

hey man,

im new here, well i will try to help you and fix it. Well everybody know Cellucor P6 Extreme, i just remember what it is. Cellucor P6 Extreme will “elevate free testosterone, deliver optimum PCT, increase strength and lean mass, support healthy libido” and “enhance athletic performance.” All of these things sound great and right on target for a product that asserts to be able to increase your regeneration of testosterone throughout your body. Further assertion include the statement that “the formula uses a rare and potent blend of testosterone boosting compounds that have been suggested to rapidly boost free testosterone levels.”
This product also is not to be used by anyone who is pregnant or nursing, as it contains black cohosh. I doubt very many nursing mothers are looking to increase their testosterone output but you never know so we felt it should be noted.

Im a french personal trainer, yep, ok i kwow everyone will said «*so what?*» lol .. my clients in France, and over there, who used this product, told me that :

Some of the side effects you should look out for (and discontinue use if you see) are rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision, or other similar symptoms. Exceeding the recommended doses could cause acne, hair loss, hair growth on the face (in women), aggressiveness, irritability, and increased levels of estrogen. This is not an FDA approved product. Overall, they aren’t impressed by the Cellucor P6 Extreme formula.
So I am recommended that this product be used as a dietary supplement for adults for up to an eight week cycle and that it is discontinued for at least four weeks before beginning another eight week cycle. the most of people are great with this, and the negative effects are not really present. then i will finish to each product will work differently on each people that’s why you have to try it.

hope i helped you.

also might want to mention; "beware of the placebo effect" which is why before/after measurements are important

True! Sometimes the hype about a product can get you a lil too excited without no actual effects..

I am new to this forum. I have tried just about every protein and I tried a new one that is excellent. It is Body Mechanics Whey Protein. I got the vanilla and it is the most true vanilla taste I have ever tried. I have used it in coffee, waffles and pancakes. It retains it’s flavor through cooking…which is nice and it mixes in a glass incredibly easy. I will post up the label. It is a bit pricey which I am not to keen on. I will keep anyone posted if they are interested

I read these posts all the time and up until recently I have never replied. However like most people on this site I have taken everything on the market and about a month ago I came accross a supp that I now love. I got so sick of having to research the hell out of the supplements I was buying because they have 32 ingredients in them with only 1 or 2 are beneficial, and they are not even the proper dosage. Or the companies that make multiple products that I have to take all at once or throughout the day. Then I found Max stac 5. It is a combo NO booster, Test booster, estrogen control, and creatine which we all know is the most clinically proven supp out. But the real thing that got me was that it only contained 5 ingredients. So I started thinking about dosages. Look at products like NO xplode, There is around 30 ingredients, only 2 or so have been proven to be beneficial and with the serving size and extra ingredients (not to mention caffeine) how is it at all posible to get the correct dosage for those 2 ingredients in that little scoop!? So I went on the max stac 5 site and instead of a bunch of copy pasted gorilla science bs, they just added links to real government studies for all 5 ingredients! Now I'm not trying to pitch anything but as a guy who is tired of wasting money in a crooked market, this is a great thing to at least check out and I think is relevant to what you are trying to say.

HI guys, I'm new to this site....just started a new workout program this week. I heard about supplements called stacks?? or Stacking supplements?? I have different answers from several different personal trainers as to how effective they are. One dude recommended a product called maxstac 5 from trophic labs. I started it today, but noticed the label mentions estrogen control. What does this mean?? and can boosting testosterone cause any bad side effects??
